Hi,
I had taken a PL from a bank in Delhi and was making payments through my account. When I moved out of delhi, I changed my primary bank and hence started defaulting on the loan. The bank then tried to cash the PDCs that I had given them and they bounced. Now, there is a case against me for that. I did not receive any notice for the case, since my primary address had changed. I happened to check online on the delhi district courts website and found out the details of the case. I am not sure what kind of case it is.
I am currently in US and the next hearing date has been set in april. I wanted to know what are the options available to me? I am ready to pay the outstanding loan amount and settle the loan. Will the bank be willing to drop the case? I am planning to come to India for a week in March. Will the pending case cause any problem with me coming back to the US?
I will not be able to go for the hearing in april since i will be returning to US. Will that be a problem?
I am ready to pay the fines etc. I just don't want to go to jail or have any criminal charges against me, which will affect my career.
Please help..
Thank you ..

I got married for 6 months. I never had sexual intercourse with my wife as she starts shivering during fore play. She was consulted with phycharist and he had suggested that she is fit only for single life.
She wishes to get divorced. Can anyone suggest the possibility for getting quick divorce as her depression level increase day by day due to her guilty conscious of not being a wife 100%?

During the year 1977 my Late father was allotted a plot measuring 220 Sq. yds in Delhi under East Pakistan Displaced Persons scheme by the govt. of India on leasehold basis. My father died 20 years back at the age of 47 years. This property was allotted to those displaced persons who came in India leaving behind their property. I would like to request you please clarify the following:-
1. Since father died intestate leaving behind four legal shareholders including widow mother, in these circumstances how the property will be distributed amongst four legal heirs.
2. Can widow mother sell her property during her life time to any one of the legal heir or outsiders or making a Will in favour of others.
3. What is the meaning of custodian of property. Whether my widow mother comes under this clause as per existing law. What are the actual rights of a widow lady on the property left behind by her husband. Please guide me on the above points keeping in view of above mentioned facts.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am working for a software company in Bangalore. I went on leave after getting it approved from my Manager. Now, when I was on leave, my manager initiated my resignation (exit request)using the Internet through the company's web-site on my behalf without asking/informing me. Actually, I never wanted to resign & I never talked / expressed any gesture regarding resigning from my service. I received an auto-generated e-mail regarding the same. I received & read that e-mail when I was in my native place (different state than where the company is located).
In this case,
1. Is the Resignation initiated by my
manager through the web-site
considered valid ? (It doesn't contain
my signature)
If I need to file a case against my
employer, does it seem a strong case?
2. Can my native state be a
jurisdiction ,where I went
online & received/read the e-mail
regarding my exit request?
Please do reply...
