Dear Legal Expert Friends,
I want to know that whether one claim compensation against private employer (MNC)in court of law if he is getting one-half less salary to others collegues with same experience, designation, qualification, skills, and talents (or even comparatively far better skilled,& experience than most of better paid collegues of same rank in the team)? What can be recource in such case if this is compounded by Company HR policy which says no to high hike in salary this year in anyone's salary? Is this clearcut violation of Article 16(A) ?
Legal experts are requested to advice on the matter!

I am holding Agreement of sale to buy a House Property consisting of ground+First floor, delivary of pocession not given.(1st March. 2003)
Have receipts for the payments made on different dates and no objection letter from the vendor's children. I am also holding part performance of the agreement for delivary of pocession.
Holding another document called Declaration executed on 17th April, 2005, wherein vendor stated that he was in receipt of paymnts as per receipts and agreed that he has delivered pocession of the ground floor.
This vendor avoided registration. Hence filed specific performance case.
During trails, all the documents are marked except, Agreement of Sale dated 1st March, 2003 and Declaration dated 17th April, 2005.
To mark this documents, Judge is asking to pay stamp duty with penalty to mark this two said documents.
According to us it is not necessary to pay stampduty at this stage to mark this documents.
We want some case laws to defend our stand.
Do you have any case laws to favour our contention. Is our stand is correct???
Please give your openion and information at the earlist - a bit urgent. Please...

Sir,I took 4 lac cash from relative in 2007 april to buy flat for me.I bought flat in my name.When i took cash,i had signed agreement on bond paper with my relative that in 2 yrs time if i failed to return 4 lac cash then he will buy my flat at total 9 lac rs & bal amount of 5 lac will b paid by my relative to me..The bond paper agreement was not rgistered.Now i am unable to pay him 4 lacs.I need another 3 yrs to pay back with bank interest & dont want to sell the flat.Also relative is not ready for this term....CAN HE SUE ME ON THAT BOND PAPER signed by me with 2witness under any law....Pl advice me..I wld b gr8ful to u.

I was completed my S.S.L.C then, obtain a valid diploma which has been approved in state government
Now i want to know,
May i applied for the post which has been fixed as Hr.Sec is a mininum qualification.
i.e. Diploma is equal to Hr.Sec or not ?

If the accused was made to take to the home and recovered property at night ,whether such recovery is allowed as legal recovery by the court?
2)Whether a village Accounts officer(V.A.O) can become witness for criminal case? If the V.A.O becomes witness in a criminal case for 3 witnesses at 3 different places in the same day and mahazar,at different time,whether such witness can be regarded as genuine witness or highly interested witness?
