What are pre requisites or under which condition, a person can be declared mentally unfit, or insane? (a police inspector in his report and principle(dean) of my college has alleged that I am not mentally fit and ha curbed my legal right to complaint-kindly help)

can we revise loss retun for a.y. 2007-2008 in the month of march2009 if our original return was not furnished

Whether amendment effective from 01-10-2009 shall be applicable for the persons keeping property as stock-in trade.

if man is married & his divorce suit is pending for final judgment & he get 2nd marry with a lady & told her that he is not married & now tat 2nd wife is also looking sum relief under DV act since he is not behaving well with her is she can file sum kind of case in court under 420 & 376 of IPC or in any other sec. will she get any relief since she is not his legal wife if she gets any relief then under wat sec. & any leading case /judgment

dear sir, we have a property in delhi which was allotted to my father and his brother after partion of india against the properties of my grandfather in pakistan. the monetery amount for resettlement given to my father and uncle by the ministry of urban development was in ratio of 30% of my father and 70% of my uncle.now both my dad and uncle have expired and now the inheritants of my uncle are asking for a 70% share even though they have never entered our house for last 40 years as they are residing out of delhi..this property lease papers clearly state that 'division of property is not allowed'..on my side we have 3 inheritants i.e my mother,sister and myself..on my uncles side its also 3 inheretants i.e one brother and 2 sisters..now we want a settlement on the ratio of half and half on this property on the basis that we have been the only resident of the stated property for almost 40 years..my cousin wants to settle in ratio of 60% for him and wants to give us only 40%....does he have any legal right to enter a house occupied by only my family since past 40 years on the basis of illegal or legal grounds.please advice accordingly...thanks and regards..amit

Housing Loan - One Time Settlement
Hai!
My friend has borrowed housing loan, he paid first 3 installments. Thereafter, he failed to pay more than 5 EMIs.
He wants to go for OTS (one time settlement).
Some people said that there is no OTS for housing loan.
Any one can help me.
