Sir,
If there is a partition suit currently active at any one of the civil courts for forged and bogus will. Can the aggrieved party can file a criminal case against the respondent/defendant under Sec 420 and allied sections in the Criminal court and get verification of authenticity of the Will. What is the time limit for Filing such petitions. The final result of such criminal cases is valid for its authenticity whether it is permitted to be filed in the civil court where the case is currently running.
Is it possible for an aggrieved party to take criminal action against the party for such forgery and fraud or there is time limitation for such crime within the family.
Please kindly clarify.
Thank you,

Respected Lawyers,
My wife has got divorce in lower court - civil senior division and I want to challenge this order in its upper court - district court. She has not filed the case in family court else I would have to appeal in high court but in this case since civil court has given the decree, I would like to know what is the appeal period for district court in divorce cases. Generally for appealing in high court it is 3 months but for district court what is the period of appeal?
Thanks

Sir,
We have an owned house situated in Hyderabad which was given on rent to a person (Tenant) who runs a catering business. We have given the house for residence purpose some 5 years before for a rent of Rs.5000. Now the tenant has moved out his residence to some other place and has locked our house. He stpped paying the rent from last 10-11 months. He is not ready to vacate the house and want us to pay him for handing over the possession. As informed by the neighbours, he is using our house to facilitate his catering business. We do not have any written agreement with him. He is cliaming that he initially agreed to pay Rs.3000 and have been paying Rs.5000 and now he want us to return the differential amount with a premium for the entire tenure of 5 years. This is an Independent house of 5 rooms and 2 halls and one kitchen. We still have one of the room under our posession. But now we cannot access even that room as the main gate is locked by him. I would like to understand if there is any provision in the law through which we can get our house vacated.
Thanks,
Aditya

Can gratuity be paid at a higher level then fixed by govt.
Hello Experts,
In a recent judgement Delhi High court has stated that non governmental institutions are free to fix the upper limit for gratuity at a higher level then that provided by government.
Can anyone please guide me further in this respect.
Thanks
