thanks for answering my past queries and PM, hope I am not pestering you much;
Now, my much of confusion is cleared, pertaining to sec 156(3) and 200 CrPC.(thanks to guidance by experts like you).
As per your advise it is best to file complaint u/s 200 CrPC along with application u/s 156(3) CrPC
Likewise there are 3 possibilities:
1. Complaint only u/s 156(3) CrPC
2. Complaint only u/s 200 CrPC
3. Complaint u/s 200 along with 156(3) CrPC.
The only problem I am facing is that the Opposite Parties/respondents(answer pertaining to each above 3 case required) has to be;
A. Police , who didn't registered the FIR
B. The accused, against whom FIR was not registered.
C. Any such person/authority who is important for the case.

Dear Sirs,
I got a car financed by a finance company and they got my post dated cheques {i:e 15th} of every month and promised me the cheque will be deposited on 15th of every month and on next day {i:e 16th}. In meantime I used arrange funds and deposit it in my bank on 16th of every month. But except two instalments the other cheque given by me started coming to my bank on 15th it self and got returned.My finance Company now is Charging for Cheque Bounce Charges and other extra Charges.As well my Reputation in my bank is also got spoiled.
Please give Solution and advice whether I can go to Consumer Court or High Court for my Mental agony

respected sir FIR was lodged against me and my mother U/s 498 a and 406 of ipc on 2/10/08 my mother got bail from dist court and i got arrest stay order from punjab and haryana high court and on 13/10/09 i got permanent bail BUT STILL NOT CHARGESHETD STILL AFTER 15 MONTHS BY I/O HOW MUCH TIME I HAVE TO WAIT I AM SUFFERING. I GOT ALL THE PROOFS EVEN TRUCK WHICH OTHER PARTY CLAIM THAT DOWRY WAS GIVEN DOES NOT EXIST INFORMATION GOT UNDER RTI. BUT POLICE IS NOT DOING ANYTHING WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THIS CASE PLEASE HELP.....

My Elder brother married 6 ½ years ago, as per the Hindu marriage rites. After one year of my brother marriage my sister-in-law creates problem for my brother, me and my parents. After this wedlock due to miscarriage no baby till 2 yrs. After nearly 2 ½ years of treatment she conceived and blessed with a daughter and she is very upset, because she needs a baby boy instead of girl. Again after 2 year she is again blessed with a baby girl after that she becomes violent and Quarrelsome, she don’t even likes to feed her milk. Me and my parents use to feed her by bottle (powder milk). My sister-in-law doesn’t even bother to take along her to functions. Environment is so unavoidable due to daily quarrels and violence on small issues or no issues. After 1 ½ year she gave birth to a baby boy, which is surgerian before time even before there is no symptoms of pain and even after asked by the Doctor to wait for some more days due to arrogant behavior of my sister-in-law. Few days ago she violently slaps my father I called her brother and her brother took her along to his home. She packed three bags and left for her brother’s house with my elder nice & new born nephew. My father calls her as there is ceremony (haven) for the child but she refuses to come. After few minutes her brother call my father using abusing language and asked him to see the consequences as they make a complaint to the police that very night she leaves the our house.
Please tell the preventive measures we can take and what will be our next step.

Can one move to High Court challenging, inaction of police to register FIR directly without going to magistrate? When and how?

Divorce when parties not approach to court
That a girl and boy have made agreement and signed on the stamp paper made for the divorce and breaking of her marriage. After so many years the boy married to an another girl. Now the divorce girl want to marry but afraid that something will happen to us if the agreement will not converted into legal paper of court stamped.
How that ordinary stamp paper will be converted into legal divorce paper or the girl will marry to the new boy without any harm in future.
