is it necessary to enter into a written agreement with regards to fees etc before engaging an advocate before signing the vakalat as there is no "standard norm" for fees?
if not required,what is the safeguards for client,in case the advocate on a later stage asks for more payment/fees?

My client is defendant in suit.he is tenant.landlord filed suit in name of his dead mother.I objected maintainability of suit by filing application alongwith application for concession that till first application is not heard i should get concession in filing W.S. Court allowed him ammendment in my application.Now he serves me ammended copy of plaint.and i file W.S.on the next day.The Hon'ble court has passed the order to kept W.S. in 'D' file.Wat is the solution?
wat should i do now?
is there any authorities???????

Dear sir,
I would like to seek advice on the following queries regarding property from your panel of experts. We are residing in a new housing scheme in Pune having six buildings of four floors consisting of 32 flats in each building ie total 192 flats with amenities like parking, park, temple, gas pipe line, lift,inverter back up,Gym,comunity hall, etc. Now all the flat owners have taken the possession and builder has to form the society.Kindly give the advice and the expert openion on the following points.
1 Under which act society has to be formed since we want our right on
the land and other amenities provided on the said land.
2 Whether the society of individual building or whole scheme of six buildings jointly or one main society with sub societies of six buildings under the main society is advisable.
3 Whether the builder can keep his control over the temple and form a trust under his chairmanship or has to handover to society.
4 whether the builder has to hand over community hall and gym to the society or can keep under his control.
5 Whether the builder has to handover all the one time maintenance
amount taken by him in advance to the society with interest. What
amount he can deduct from the said amount while handing over
the same to the society.
6 Whether the builder is responsible or not for, to see that all the flat owners are getting sufficient water supply before formation of the society.
7 Can builder keep any right over any property of the housing scheme.
8 Which other things the flat owners have to see before the formation of the society to avoid disputes in future and any other advice they feel suitable for the benefit of flat owners.

I am NRI ( non resident indian)living in Kuwait sine many years. I applied and got a NRI quota Industrial Unit- Plot of land for a factory in RIICO- Bhiwadi. I paid full payment for the plot a few years ago. As per terms I was supposed to finish construction and show production from factory. I did not construct nor show any production. RIICO penalised me for the delay and gave me 45 days time to construct and show production from factory.
My query is " how can I obtain resonable time to construct and show factory with production of AUTO parts.
as I am living in Kuwait and a heart patient, I need advise on how to avoid the cancellation of the PLot as threatened by RIICO.
I await good advise and help in this matter. I will come to Delhi and RIICO in january 2010.

Dear Sirs
one got a car loan from SBI he was default in his emi subsequently the recovery dept took the car with out his knowledge and then he paid some amount .after getting the amount the bankers sold that car with out any intimation to the first owner to another bank staff (SBI) FOR CHEEP AMOUNT now the first owner is having the original registration certificate and bankers filed a suit for the balance amount and asking the original registration certificate
Is there any possibilities for the first owner to hold the car if so kindly guide or he simply skip the matter with out answering the suit filed by the bankers?//

Is there any provision for a Bank to avoid hi court summon(stay petition for eviction) against having an eviction order from CJM court for both eviction and police protection . the question is can the bankers avoid the summon from the hi court stay , verified with hi court circle it says banker did not received the summon which is been S R numbered in Hi court ,Is the Bankers playing to implement the CJM COURT order by avoiding the summon . In this situation how can the Borrow er defend their selves??????????????----------------------------------
