Dear sirs
Is there any provision for a Bank to avoid hi court summon(stay petition for eviction) against having an eviction order from CJM court for both eviction and police protection . the question is can the bankers avoid the summon from the hi court stay , verified with hi court circle it says banker did not received the summon which is been S R numbered in Hi court ,Is the Bankers playing to implement the CJM COURT order by avoiding the summon . In this situation how can the Borrow er defend their selves??????????????----------------------------------

wilful refusal of summons /notices issued by the court on proper address, amounts to "contempt of court". The SBI, being State instrumentality, cannot take such a risk.
