my question is a person got A.B from the high court of Delhi with condition as mentioned in section 438crpc,then how this A.B may be cancel so that a person should be behind the bars.

Is it true that an accused can file a petition seeking permission to sit during his case hearing. Can anyone clarify on this with the correct legal provision?

My question is that a woman has made a power of attorney to sell or manage her property in his brothers favour. her brother sold 1/5 of the property for agreed amount to someone and when they went to got the sale registered. her brother agreed to sell remaining four parts of the property to the same buyer. but suddenly a third came over there and objected to the sale registration as he has possession over the said land. As a result sale of only 1/5 part of the property got registered. when the holder of attorney died,the women made a will in favour of sons of her brother i.e holder of attorney. now the buyer of 1/5 part of the said property of the women sold by holder of attorney claims the specific performance of the agreement to sell the other part of the property by the deceased holder of attorney though he has not recieved any amount towards such agreement to sell which was offered to him at that time.. so my query is that will the buyer of 1/5 of the property can claim specific performance of the agreement to sell by deceased holder of attorney as such property comes into hand of his sons?

My question is that a Tenant is running a shop on rent for the last 19 years and he is regularly paying rent for the same..to the extent of rs 1000 pm. But he has not even a single receipt for the rent paid by him to the landlord.Though he is paying house tax, electricity bill for the same shop in the name of landlord. Now the landlord is going to sell the shop and he may evict the tenant.. Now my query is that what legal rights a tenant have. Can he get stay against such eviction if property is sold to third person.

i worked in a company, in accounts dept with one senior and one junior. Senior & junior colluaded, they taken away the company money in the span of 6 to 7 months by editing previous transactions in accounting package. i myself found it informed to unit head, but unit head passed the message to head office there was fraud in accounts(he hide the my findings), for the company has filed a complaint against three of us. They(bothe Senior & junior) escaped from the company, they got anticipatory bail, i was continued there and one day police has come without uniform, they taken me to ps and arrested and surrended me at court and remanded me. later i got bail.
now i am attending to court senior & junior(i.e.accused 1 &2) not attending to court.
can anyone suggest me please

Dear Expert Members,
I am law graduate and in person contesting my case of service matter but due to certain unavoidable circumstances(CRITICAL ILLNESS)of my parent I will not in position to contest my case which will ready for final disposal in the Hon'ble Tribunal
I want to seek the adjourment of my case for next hearing
Please inform in what way I can seek the adjournment
Whether I have to file the M.A ?
or written communication to the Respondents/Pleader for adjournment?
Or intimation to the Registrar for adjournment
Please inform as I will not be in postion to send any representative on that date
