Dutydrawback of Export(handmade carpets)

Our client is running proprietorship firm and engaged in export of Handmade Carpets. He purchases the yarn from market after that gives to the contractors on jobwork basis and carpets have been prepared.
They are also claiming drawback on export of carpet but there is objection of the department that it is not clear that the client is working as manufacturer or merchant exporter. If it comes under the manufacture activity than they are not registered with Excise Deptt. As in our knowledge there is no excise duty on manufacturing of handmade carpets. ( It is prepared by use of 85% Viscose yarn and 15% of cotton.)
The contention of the department is that since they are not taking the benefit of cenvat credit therefore not eligible for Drawback.
Please guide us the procedure for taking the drawback and DEPB on export of carpet and whether the product is dutiable under the Excise Act or not. In this case , the category of the applicant will be manufacturer or merchant exporter?

right to info

I am from rural area of Gujarat. There are two or three nationalised banks in my small town. SBI is the oldest. A wide range of clients SBI has. For illiterate, middle class, poor and trible people of our rural area SBI is "THE GOVERNMENT BANK" where their money is safe. Most people don't know about MUTUAL FUNDS UNIT LINKED INSURANCE SCHEMES OR OTHER SHARE MARKET LINKED PRODUCTS. People go to SBI with full of trust.
Here is the story. During 2007-08 pick period of share market SBI expands its MF and insurance business in our town.
Someone goes to put his hard earned money as FD to SBI for safty plus interest. Here the staff of the bank cheated so many peoples. Without the knowledge of clients they put their money to market linked products where they earned handsome commission.
Now I want to get the list of the clients who put their money during that period. Can I get that info with the help of RTI?

CrPC 125

Sir,
i am a house wife and my husband filed a divorce court. My lawyer is saying currently for maintenance only CrPC 125 is best suited for me considering my present situation so we filed the separate case but my husband is not collecting the notice at both his home and company addresses. What will happen if he does not claim the notice at all the time?

pls advice

Dear experts,

I would like to know if husband gets ex parte divorce, wife challenges the order stating some false reason and if the husband proves that the reason mentioned in her appeal is false, will the court set aside the decree? If not, can she have chances of getting it set aside from upper court?
Thanks
