One of my cousin is going to start a new clinic not hospital, with attached pharmacy. 3 partners are going to start this so what procedure is needed for this,
What license they need?
Is there is any registration?
Pls help us its urgent...

hai all i am law student. one case filed on my friend sections 506 r/w 34. now he want to renual his passport. in passport application he has to menction his case details or not. if he want to menction he has to take any permission from the court?

Dear Seniors
The Application under order 7 Rule 11(d) came to be rejected by Co-Operative Court. The respondent is agitataing that the dispute is barred by limitation i.e. the same is filed after 6 years.
From the ruling reported in 1997 (1)ALL MR 193 it appears that the proper Forum is High Court.
Please advise what is proper forum to approach against the said order passed by the co-operative court

Respected Learned Sirs, my query is whether a registered Public Charitable Trust can be having an object aiming at carrying on business activities in the fields as specified in the deed for the purpose of funding the Corpus Fund of the Trust in order to met out its various charitable objects?

i have completed my 3 years llb course in v.v.pura college of law,
i have done sslc(10th) and B.A degree(through open university)and then 3 years bachlore law degree.
i have not done 2nd puc,
when i gone through the bar council website,i found the eligibility to get enrollment is 10+2+3+3, but what i have done is only 10+3+3, iam very much worried about getting enrollment in state bar council,
Can any one pls help me to know the exact rules,procuders and exceptions, can any one pls tell me whether iam eligible to enroll and practice as an advocate,
and also tell me what happens in long run in my career,
pls give me correct information and help me , iam very much worried to start my career.

Can a exparte order of Dist Consumer Forum be resotored?
Dear friends,
In a Consumer dispute the Opp.Party had filed his written version and the same is accepted by te forum and in the next date neither the party nor his advocat could attend the forum due to some unavoidable circumstances and in the subsequent date the forum passed exparte order. Now can it be resotored under order 9 rule 13 of the C.P.C ?
