Dear Experts,
We have a small land property in Bangalore(reputed Area). Same land is owned by two peoples i.e in the name of Mr.Ganesh (My Father)&in the name of Mr.Venkatesh (my neighbor). They got only photostat copy of property but not original & this is 22 yrs old property also agreement made last 22yrs back only.
Now my Father want it to separate the agreement means he want build a house in his place but it is not possible coz still land is not registered .
The Fellow Mr.Venkatesh is refusing to separate the agreement. For this he is giving reason that Registration for that Area is stopped.
1)In this case what Mr.Ganesh has to do ?
2)Mr.Ganesh need original agreement copy is it available with the Sub-registrar office ?
3)Is Registration is stopped in Banashankari 3rd stage Area.
I hope you will give me solution for above problem.

The law provides for establishment of the Recruitment Secretariet which shall be composed among others five members who shall be amongst public servants appointed by the Minister. In violation of this provision, retired public servants are norminated instead. Can the law be amended to legalize this violation?

Dear Experts,
I want to clarify the doubt from you for that i am giving the same in an Example:-
I approached a court for a specific relief on the basis of a document namely “Exhibit A1’ and filed a petition u/s 123 of an Act. But actually the said petition has to be filed u/s 456 of the Act. Any how the court has passed appropriate orders as prayed for and considered my petition according to u/s 456 of the act voluntarily.
So is it permissible/acceptable in case of appeal, by other side.

Sir,
One of my Neighbours is constructing building without leaving marginal set backs.
The officials gave him permission by taking bribe.When I approached them they are not responding.
In our area we have permission for only 3floors(G+2) as we r near to begumpet airport.But, illegally he is constructing 4th floor.Concerned Authorities are not at all intrested in this case as they have bribe from him.
How can I approach to court regarding this matter.PLEASE HELP
