One of my friend has done a sting operation using internet. He had sex chat with some famous political person in the guise of a girl (in girl's name). Now he wants to publish it in the news paper. He never used those chats for blackmailing that person.
My question is whether it amounts to cyber crime? It is a sting operation. He just unmasked the political person.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have given original documents to civil court for making affidavit.
One another court I have to submit certified copy of those original documents
So, can any body explain me procedure & how much amount I have to pay for that?
How much time will take that?

which jurisdiction can be applied by the petitioner and in which court he shud approach if the central government enters into invalid government contract as per article 299 of constitution.
cn the petitioner approach sc under 32 or 136 ??/

my client has got his share in his parents ancestral property now all brothers have sold the house and have got the money. original house was built in 1966 and was sold in jan 2010. The question is now he wants to invest the money in some other property (a plot) in some other city. Till what time he can invest and will investing the amount save him from capital gain tax.Please also tell how much will be the capital gain on 13.70. property was sitauted in chandigarh.

I had a Query that divorce case of my brother is under appeal in high court after he lost in distt court.We tried to get it settle in mediation centre by some mutual understanding,but girl side demand unjustified amount & case got admitted.
Now girl side file 125 maint.case in distt court.And mean time they are now interested in settlement.Money we offered earlier is now acceptable to them. I want to know that
1. Do we hv to file 13B application at Distt court
OR
We & girl side hv to gv seprate application at High court that we hv compromised & pl take up our case
Or what will be the right procedure

Query regarding jurisdiction in rent matter.
X ows a house property which he leases to Y on monthly rent basis.It is agreed that in case of a dispute,the parties will go in for arbitration.Subsequently,a dispute arises regarding payment of rent.While X goes to the Rent Court,Y goes in for arbitration.
Query-1.Who decides whether the matter will go before the Rent Court or arbitration?
2.Can the Arbitration Forum decide the prelimimary issue of jurisdiction?
3.If the Rent Court decides on the preliminary issue of jurisdiction and holds that the Rent Court will itself hear the matter,then what is the legal validity of the arbitration clause?
