There is a flat in maharashtra which belongs to my late grandfather. After his death my uncle was staying in the flat till last year. He was also staying in the flat when my grandfather was alive. My grandfather has not made any will. my uncle and my father had decided to take equal share each [orally]. Now my uncle and my father are no more. However uncles married daughter have stated staying in the same flat. She also agrees to share the amount after the sale of flat. However i dont trust her. What should i do?

I have a long standing civil disputes with my relatives. There are many civil suits pending in civil courts. Since I am not in talking terms with them, one of them has taken help of some hacker and has hacked into my email account to find out the steps taken by me regarding this civil dispute. I use my email account regularly to get in touch with legal experts on this website and proceed acccordingly.
More than twice my email provider has notified me that my password was reset and given the email id of my relative.
In my opinion this was done and is evident that they want to influence the outcome of
cases in the court in some way or other
Now my question is what evidence I need to collect and what is the procedure for filing a cyber crime case.
Please advise.

Respected Learned Friends, My Client , a property management Company ,is going to indroduce a Scheme under which the rent received towards the monthly rent received by them from the prospective tenant of the Flat will in turn be given to the owners/ their clients by way of Gold Coins once a year instead of cash payments. Whether this Scheme will be construed to be a kind of Gambling ?

word -!!- . Went back to the 'Post' & re-checked the spelling - found it correct.
Accessed Cambridge 'On-Line' Dictionary
DIRECTLY - got SAME MESSAGE. Tried Oxfoard On-Line & got the result.
