can u please suggest how much waiver can i get from HSBC for my case of personal loan so that i can negotaite to that extent in the Lok adalat as my financial position is not well right now. My principal amount is around 113000. Loan amount was 155000, I have paid 17 installment on time without any default.Now it is overdue by 7 months. Please help, i shall be highly obliged.

Two years back my Grand Father is died, Leaving behind 2 Sons, 2-Married Daughters and One Wife aged 70yrs. One Son left him (Grand Father)17yrs ago. When he received information about the death of his father he came back to Paternal Home. Thereafter all faimly member togeather settle the dispute..?. Please suggest me according to muslim law How much share he acquired..?.

Sir, we are the trusty of one Non Granted english School. We were not deducted the epf amount from the salary of our employee. So EPF Commissioner issued a order to pay these dues & also paid the damages 100%.Let me know that, the damages are compulsory or it can be waived by the commissioner? thanks Plz reply

1. Is it possible for a service person ( a Mumbai domicile ) to acquire a farm land ( around 5000 sq ft ) in Maharashtra without being a farmer or hold any land in any part of India.
2. What is the procedure to convert Agricultural Land in NA Land for small property of around 5000 sq ft.
3. What would be Tax implication and can the said land be sold to other buyers ?

I had taken a loan from HSBC but due to some unavidable huge losses, i could not repay my loan from last 7 months. yesterday hsbc has sent me a lok adalat notice which is going to be held on 16.01.09 at delhi High Court. I don't whether the notice is fake or actual. I want to finish up the loan . I have paid 17 installments on time out of 48. but now i can not repay it. Please suggest how can i settle my loan & how i will know the notice is real or fake?

A member in a hsg. society has 2 garages. He has illegally converted one garage into a fancy office and the society has gone to court against him. Matter is still pending. In the meantime, the member wants to sell his other garage and has approached the society for NOC. Can the society refuse NOC on the ground that he has illegally converted his another garage into office?

i joine a co. 6 month back.after serving three months co. dont want my services.after giving my two months salary co.pay me 2 months salary and asked not to come orally. i want my 1 month salary+ relieving letter.co. denied that on the groun that appointment letter has provision that co. has right to terminate the employee without giving notce and forfiet the salary.i was on provation.guide me what should i do.

Delayed Justice:Strike everyday byBAR-Ghaziabad Court. D
On each working days, the BAR declare it as strike on some grounds or other, to name few Filing Nomination,Chambers for advocates,cancellation of leave by high court, rumor of transfer of part of Gzb. court to merruth, and each saturday right from 1984 till date on their demand of Allahabad High Court Bench. I cd not understand who is getting what? Accused is lodged in jail in absence of Bail from couer, Families associated with court are taking rounds for days=week-months-years(a sort of punishment in itself) our attorneys who even cd not appear for their clients, Concerned Judges with whom the cases are getting piled on or JUDICIARY who is known in our country for delayed justice or denied justice.I mean it is beyond my mind that such situation is prevailing in this court for years and no one bother to do something.You all being the respected attorneys of your respective courts please tell me what one sd do.I wonder for people who hardly afford to hire a advocate are still taking rounds and their near and dears are lodged in jails for perhaps the crime which they had't done, but still gets the punishment by our Dadas who have captured BAR and doing only netagiri.
