Is it possible to gift same property to more than one person simultaneously.
Eg: A wants to gift a property in the name of B & C (say husband & wife) simultaneously.

Is it required to quote any valuation of the property in gift deed. Will the valuation, if specified, has any affect if the property has to mortgauged to bank at a later stage..?

Which one is better a Gift Or a Sale Deed.
Eg: A wants to transfer a property to B his brother. Is a Gift deed better or a sale deed has to be executed in this regard.
Any implications / risks involved if gift deed is executed..?

dear all thanx to all of for your taking part in this knowlegable discussion.
I would like to know that if a director working with a company as an executive director that means he is working as an employee of the company and if he is working as an employee of the company and also a director is it means that he is WTD and we have to comply all the requirements of section 198, 268, 269, 309 and schedule XIII wheather the paid up capital of company is less than 5 crores?
please suggest.

we are a listed co. listed in nse and bse . wish to issue non convertible preference shares (redeemable) at a premium . to my understanding even if a company is listed but if shares to be issued as preference shares (non convertible) and is not propsd to be listed the pricing of shares can be done through cci guidelines .

Dear Friends,
Will some one help me, by providing sec 18 of Hyderabad forest Act, 1326 Fasli. (A.P. State)
Further in the guise of this sec 18, the forest department is not allowing Pattedar to enter in to these lands, is this action of A.P. State Forest department is proper? Who should the Pattedar is to approach for justice?

Shouldn't nomination in favour of a grand child qua any fixed deposit operate as intended gift borne out of love and affection? Can the garnad child be held to be a trustee?

if i receive 1 lac 4m my spouse or i gift 2 my son the wat would b the formate of gift deed & is gift deed or memorandum of gift is imp. & wat would b the stamp duty or wat other things has 2 b keep in mind

Sell a gifted property
Is it possible to restrict a person from selling a gifted property.
Eg: A gifted a property to B. Can B be restricted from selling this property without the consent of another person like the son / wife / legal heirs of B.
If yes can anyone pls give the relevant text for the same...
