Is the stamp duty to be calculated on the Average Annual Rent or on the Total Annual Rent. I received two answers to my query and hence this doubt.According to Mr.Ramesh it is 1% on the Rent and according to Mr.A.V.Vishal it is on the Average Annual Rent if the lease is for more than one year.
Also, pl enlighten if service tax is also to be added, where it is applicable.
Pl clarify.

In my case the defendant filed his W.S. alongwith Counter Claim which is absolutetly barred by limitation
How to made reply for his counter claim in respect of limitation
Please provide me the model draft about under O. 7 R. 11 of CPC for rejecting the claim of defendant on the point of limitation

In response to my application under RTI Act, IGNOU furnished an unacceptable information that it takes one year to declare each semester exam results. In my case, I got enrolled for MBA during 2000 and appeared my first semester papers during June 2001. However results for the first semester got delayed due to non-updation of Assignment grades and IGNOU could declare my first semester in a belated way. This has resulted in loosing seniority in my organization as cut off date prescribed for special promotion was 31.12.2001 to complete at least one semester. I have never kept any subjects in arrears and all subjects were periodically cleared semester-wise. On completion of my project work in time, final provisional certificate was dated 31.03.2004. Please advise as to how to expose the correct position of IGNOU and deal with faulty information supplied despite my using RTI as a tool.

I hear that it is not necessary for any professional - lawyer, architect, CA, CS etc to have a commercial property to practice. He can do so from residential property as well. MCGM has issued blanket permission in this regard. Is it true? Can anyone give me a copy of the permission.

Dear sir,
I want to transfer crpc 125 mentinence case from magistrate to DJ/ seasson court, becouse he is not competitent he is new or just fresher appoinment judge .
He has issue the warant to me without loking the back wrttinfn order sheet in wich i am attending continouse and also putting the signature in order sheet . One day i late for one hour and her council reach the at 10.45 Am and argument to the court for issung the warant .
How can judge issue the warant without any ground ? I will compaint to Chief jutice and Season/DJ court.
Can i transfer the application from magistrate to DJ /saeson court?
