Dear Experts,
My Divorce case is at Bangalore court and it is at my cross stage. But the respondent (my wife) is not attending the case and her lawyer simply ask for the date and judge also gives the date. her intension is only to drag the case. During last case date, judge informed her lawyer to bring her to the court , but she did not turn up for the next hearing and her lawyer asked for next date which judge also given.
Is that any rule in the family court to take further action and bring my wife to the court or whether we can ask the judge to waive the present stage(my cross) and go for her cross examination. Even if judge gives, whether she can roll back to my cross again thro high court.
Kindly advice.

Dear Sir,
I would like to purchase a property for residential purpose. Earlier the Developer has taken the 12.30 Acre of Land from the farmers. Total land was more than 15 farmers. All are signed on the sale Deed. But two more minor candidates also singed on the sale deed. But as a minor their natural guardian mother has signed. Till all minor candidates are not more than 22 years of age. Now if i purchase the same land from developer is there any problem from minor side.
Kindly confirm me.

a girl and her parents gave wrong information regarding body measurements of the girl to the groom and supplied photographs taken with tricks. the girl had claimed her measurements as 36 -26 -38 but actually the measurements were 31 -28 -35 which were known after marriage only. the husband is very much dis-appointed and feels cheated. what action can be taken in the matter ?

my father has purchased property 1972 in his brothers name who was unmarried and died 1997 by the time my father was with me in us ,meanwhile one of my uncle who is in india has made forged unregistered will and clims that the property belongs to him one of my fathers friend infromed us about the forged will .
when my father back to india 1998 he failed suit for partition . last week i came to know that handwriting expert send the report to the hon'ble court in that report admitted signature is not matching with disputed signature.
my question is now can we am mend the plaint for declaration .
or
i have to go with fresh suit .
based on the handwriting experts report can i put crminal suit ?

a trust intends to create a website. The trust is to appoint a volunteer to look after the affairs of the site. For no salaries ( since volunteer working selflessly) what documentation should be made ?

Dear experts,
My father died last year leaving behind his wife, his son, his two sisters, his father and his stepmother.
He inherited a property by will and was the sole owner.
At the time of his death, did this property pass on to the widow and son alone?
Or are father and stepmother also included in Class I of HSA?
As far as I know the stepmother isn't included, or am I missing any regional laws in punjab or any jurispidencies?

Sir,
Myself and my parents live on the second floor of a 1BHK flat at Mumbai suburb. We own the flat and are a member of the Cooperative Housing Society. Below the building we have some open space around the stilt. The problem is that lots of grown up school going children in the society play cricket just below our flat very close to our windows.
This is such a nuisance that they make loud noise and many times there were instances of cricket balls being thrown into our flat, fortunately the window glasses have so far not broken, but there is every chance of the same.
Earlier in the past also such things have happened which led to quarrel. Last time some ~2 years back we had to file a police complaint due to this nuisance and the police had given the orders to completely stop the nuisances and the outdoor games in society premises.
Till some days the orders were followed but the problem again started and we had to warn the society of filing a police complaint after which it stopped.
Now again since some months the problem has started. When we objected, some members of the society whose childrens play outdoor games are telling "Go and file a complaint to anybody. We will play cricket and other game here only in the society".
We have talked to the Secretary and the Managing Committee of the housing society and even submitted a complaint in writing. However as per our previous experience they don’t take proper action permanently as their children are also involved in this.
As member and licensee of these building we have right for peace and tranquility and this cannot be taken away by these boys who are not only creating a lot of noise but also indulge in hooliganism when asked not to play and disturb the peace in the society.
It would be a kind help if you can advise and guide me as to what course of action I should pursue to stop this nuisance permanently.

IN A CASE OF GAMBLING ACT INSP/SHO WHO PREPARED CHALLAN/REPORT U/S 173 CRPC NEVER COME/STEPPED IN WITNESS BOX,EVEN HIS SIGNATURE WERE ALSO NOT IDENTIFIED BY INVESTIGATING OFFICER IN HIS COURT EVIDENCE.KINDLY ADVICE ME WHAT IS LEGAL PREPOSITION IN THE LIGHT OF THIS ABOVE ASPECT.tHANX

In a criminal case instituted through police report, is it possible for accused to file objection before the criminal court before even examining the complainant to prove that the case is instituted by fraud by police.
In the case the charges are framed, now is the time to examine the complainant. Is it possible to file objection and seek for examination and cross examination of polcie in order to prove fraud.
If not when will such oppurtunity will be permitted.

Guide for CIBIL CLEARANCE
Applied a loan before 5 Yr in SBBJ Bank of 50,000 Rs when started my business but unfortunetly after some time i was not able to pay the loan on that time due to Business Problem but before 1 Yr paid amount with Compromise with Bank.
Recently when i applied for Credit card from my Bank they refused to give credit card due to Cibil Report where they mentioned my cibil report is showing as defaulter.
Please give me the way where i can clear my cibil report or can get Home Loan in Future.
