I need Judgments/Citations of Delhi HC and Supreme Court stating that Supplementary statement can't be used to make territorial jurisdiction of the FIR. This situation has arisen at the time of taking congnizance by the Magistrate and we need to show it to Magistrate that Supplementary statement can't be used to make territorial jurisdiction of FIR.

Sir, My wife is lonely daughter to my father in law who gave divorce legally to my mother in law when my wife is 5 yrs old and since then he is having illegal connection with another. He came back to my wife and did marriage and later attended all functions in our house. He is a BHEL Engineer. Recently he died.The other lady got the dead body by force and got legal heir certificate. My father in law is not having any children with that another lady but she is already having 2 sons with her first husband. Both my uncle and that lady are having illegal relationship prior to their divorces respectively. Now my doubt is can my wife claim his terminal benefits as well as job from BHEL.My wife's original mother is physically handicapped with no other income and she is staying with us only. Please advice me in this regard .

In a reference made by subordinate courts to High court for initiation of criminal contempt proceeding within the meaning of sec 2-c of contempt of court acts 1971; subordinate courts created false evidence in support of their reference? How can these judges be prosecuted for committing the offence of creating & giving false evidence before High court? whether any sanction is required u/s 197 crpc & a complaint is required by the court u/s 195 crpc? Can both of these provisions i.e. sec 197 & 195 crpc be ignored,while filling criminal complaint against those judges?

I have a rental agreement with my parents starting from May-09 to March-10
But the stamp paper used has date July-09
Hence is that agreement a valid agreement that can be used for HRA-related submission documents..

1)Can a person other than a NRI/POI make investment in india by way of capital contribution in a partnership firm? If so what is the procedure to get approval?
2)CAn above person repatriate the invsetment and the income earned over it? What is the procedure to get approval for the above?
3)CAn the above person give funds in the form of loan to the partnerhip firm in India? If so, how to proceed to get such loan and what interest should we pay and what are the pay channels?

Dear Sir,
Recently i cleared QLTT and going to be registered as a solicitor in England and Wales after fulfilling the very tedious procedure. I was assured by the mediator for placement in big LPO after clearing QLTTb but now he left this industry and moved abroad. Now i want to know whether i am having good future in a corporate sector or not ? as well as is there any special place or immunity available to solicitor in Supreme Court of India or not ? Thanks

have one Query for issue of bonds.
Our co is issuing a Bond to single allottee. Total value of Bond is Rs. 24 crs. The Bond is Optionally Convertible Redeemable Bond. Bond is issued in Mumbai.
Please tell my the rate of Stamp duty applicable on the the Bond Certificate?
