IN VIEW OF THIS IT MAY PLEASE BE CLARIFIED THAT-------
1. AN ORDER CAN BE PLACED ON THESE VENDORS.
2. IF SO, WHETHER ANY PURCHASE TAX WILL BE PAYABLE
3. IF SO HOW IT WILL BE PAID, AS IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO GET REGISTERED AS THE INSTITUTE IS AN END USER I.E PURSHASES FOR ITS OWN USE.

where state has filed appeal, as per the new cr.p.c amendment can a victim file another appeal before h.c. against order of acquittal?

Dear Experts of the forum,
Good Morning.
If original WILL is not found /Traceable/ Not interested to show in public by one of legatee (who is in possession of ORIGINAL WILL; It is a registered will), Can a copy obtained by from the Registrar's office be used for PROBATING purpose? If yes What will be the Expenses? Court fees as it involves lot of properties , but almost all property is sold by the one of the legatee!?
Pl.Note: I have obtained a copy of Will from the Registrar. The Persons involved are Hindus and are from AP State.How can probate obtained in AP state? What is the court fee payable? if the value of the property, cash, etc. is not known how the stamp duty is determined? Who can file and how long does it take to obtain probate?

I am representing a gunshot murder case on behalf of accused,bullet which was removed from the body od deceased was sent to FSL for comparison with pistol of accused but prosecution closed its evidence without tendering any ballistic report/opinion,eye witnesses are supporting case of prosecution,kindly suggest me effect of non tendering/withheld report of FSL though bullet was sent for comparison,case is posted for tomorrow,kindly advice.Thanx . i am hindu.my wife deserted me one year ago.after that i changed to islam.and also practising the religion in the home.and also i changed my name and caste in all official records.i had married again in islam.is the second marriage valid?undr what sections ?what is the punishment?

Dear sir,
We have a Forum by name Mahalakshmi Nagar Civic Forum. It is registed under socities act way back in 1989.
Unfortunately the forum was not renewed its registration so far. No papers were filed. our option is as follows
option 1 To get it renewed as of date
Option 2 To close the forum and start a fresh entity by name as Mahalakshmi Nagar welfare association.
how to do either of the one? with regard to option 2 how to close the funds of MCF?

i am hindu.govt employee.my wife deserted me two years ago with pregnency dated 10-01-08 without any reasonable cause just bcause of EGO.after that i went her parental home and asked her to come for four times.the last i went to her on 12-05-08.all the times i went to her stayed only one single night.when should i file a divorce case under desertion of two years?is it january-2010?or may-2010?

A dispute relating to timings of employees was decided by the Mumbai HC between the Union and the Management. The judgement was in favour of the management. The union is not appealing in SC against the judgement.
The question is can an individual employee appeal against the judgement in this case.
Can an employee file a seperate suit with respect to the same matter individually.
Can there be Review of the judgement or have to go for appeal.
What are the options left for the employees in case the union is not fighting for them.
