I want to know whether a WILL is to get registered compulsorily? How can create a WILL? I want a format of WILL DEED. Kindly send by anyone?

hello..i belong to st category in mirzapur district of uttar pradesh..and my tribe come under ST reservation in that area only..but my parenrs have permanent house at allahabad..can i get ST certificate..i mean long time back we moved to allahabad..plz help
soon i have to appear in entrance examination..i want to have certificate before that..what are the proofs by which i can prove i belong to tribes of mirapur..THANKS IN ADVANCE

In civil suit son executed Power of Attorney to his father to depose in the Civil suit.Evidence of the Father(Attorney holder) was recorded.At the time of argument defenant's advocate argued that plaintiff was not examined hence suit is liable to dismiss. In reply Plaintiff advocate argued that POA is examine & he is conversant with suit facts therefore no need to plaintiff should step in witness box.I NEED UR HELP, IS THERER ANY CITATION OF SC ON POA PLS.PROVIDE ME.

Pls Help me in the below mentioned case.
FACTS OF THE CASE
3 boys aged 14 years influenced by TV serial,raped 9 years same school girl name Varsha. when arrested and question they admitted their guilt and have shown no sence remorse. They are used to seeing movies regularly in the theatres, playing C.D's, and Internet. All the three of them said they regularly watching Serial named "CROSH" from the X TV Channel and they were influence by it. Hence, they want to taste the thrill practically.
TV Channel before telecasting the serial, they caution that serial is not intended for persons below 18 years age.
Varsha father Mr. Ananda Rao filed a writ petition before H.C of the state, asking the government to immediatel ban the telecast of Serial Name " CROSH". He invokes the cinematography Act, IPC and asked Strictly sensored TV Serials and Cinemas.
The Concerned TV Channel replies that Aban order would violate their freedom of speech and expression and of press.

Kindly suggest me how to deal with the case as I am the respondent advocate.

Sir my friend is an officer in the Syndicate Bank and he has got a call for interview from IGNOU for the post of Asst registrar whish is a much higher post than current but he needs NOC from bank to attend the said interview. But the personnel dept of bank says that NOC can not be issued though there is no bond on the part of my friend kindly guide us in the matter or give the refrence of any such case.

Always ICICI bank refused me to provide the amount against the bearer cheque issued by my dad on the ground of signature mis-match, dispite of verification of my identity and also cross verification of the issuer through phone.Very next day another A/c payee cheque was issued and it get cleared and i had the photo copy of this A/c payee cheque.Does it amounts to Brakrupcy on part of the bank if it is established that both the signature is one and the same? does the account holder had the right to ask for the soft copy of the specimen signature from the bank for the purpose of getting verified the signature by the hand writing experts,with that of cheque refused and the other A/c payee cheque which was issued and also cleard very next day. before filing the petition?

80 yrs. old man sufferring from low blood supply to brain wants to gift his self acquired 1 RK flat to his son and daughter-in-law. His wife and elder son expired. He has got one daughter. He does not want to give this flat to his daughter. He cannot move out of bed. What procedure should be adopted in effecting the gift deed executed in Maharashtra. When he purchased the property, he did not register the same. Now, is declaration that it is his self acquired property required with stamp duty on present market value? Is doctor certificate required? Can Power of Attorney be helpful? Can he make Power of Attorney in the name of his son, who is the beneficiary of the gift deed? Kindly advise. Regards. Adv.Deepak.

judgment pronounced-accused ordered to pay cheque amount plus 4 thousand fine-if not paid sentenced to go 3 months imprisonment- whether court can take the accused into custody immediately?

As per muslim law,Muslim men have right to do four marriage or have four wives & marriage between minor is an offence under Child restrain marriage act.But as per muslim law ,after attaining puberty,marriage can solmonize. My query is Muslim Law is not codified law & IPC & Child restrain marriage act are codified. Which law will previl Personal law or the law passed by Parliament .Please post your reply soon.

fathers debt repayment
father is still working but does not repay his debt, while there has been no property inheritance from him of any kind. Is there any legal binding for repaying his debts.Pls suggest
