Kindly email me the copy of patna high court judgement 5th oct. 2009 on the retirement age of college teachers. I could not download the same because i don't know the authentication no. Of the case.

Thank you Experts. Are you suggesting me that I should be ready with additional evidence while presenting application for justification of submission of additional Evidence and can submit the same immediately ? Or that there will be next adjournment to enable me to submitt the additonal evidence ?

Many Daily Newspapers make the readers Annual Subscribers. But they never ensure that the newspapers reach the readers on daily basis as they entrust the job of delivery to local dealers. Since the money is collected in one lump sum, no monthly receipts are issued to the subscribers except some tokens which are collected in bunch (all the 12 months) by the local news agent. In case of non-delivery or deficiency of services, the parent newspaper owners never take any responsibility to redress the grievances neither the local news agents. How to proceed against such erring newspaper agents / owners?

What is "interpretation". How to get it from high court?
There is a case pending in high court.
The verdict, I hope depends only upon the interpretation to certain wordings in my father,s will.
In the will, he has stated that the properties ( would be self acquired} that he may buy in future will devolve upon only his son,s of his second wife.
The lower court raised a question that how the testator can write about the properties which he has not at hand at the time of writting the will.
When I asked the same with the learned lawerclub , I got answers for and against this.
One of my friend suggested that there is a dealing called "interpretation" and any one can get it from the court.
Kindly advise me how to get interpretation.
After hearing from the learned lawers, I want to proceed further. Thanking you in anticipation.

Respected experts,
I am living in a small backward town. I have problem,
One person has sold his entire land (ancestral) of a plot to three different parties including me. I was the last purchaser 38yrs back. Now his son (who was 16 yrs old at the last sale) has applied for the demarcation of the entire plot at the office of Circle Officer. Revenue Dept. is helping him rather he has applied at the instance of Revenue Dept. The reason behind their activity is to grab my land (or at least harass me) which is lying vacant and unmutated. Case is initiated with proper case no. and notice has been issued to all parties. Revenue Dept didn’t touch other parties land. They have prepared false report against me and exploiting and also have done some nuisance over my land. Is this activity of Revenue Dept. is legal/justified? What best should I do? Is it a case of harassment? Can their activity be stopped by civil Court?

I purchased a plot by regd. sale deed in apr.2002. I got 7/12 and ferfar in 2002 from patwari, again in 2003 i paid NA tax for 2 years and recd fresh 7/12 from next patwari . I paid NA tax again in 2005. now the patwari on duty says plot is not in my name but it is someone else;s name who has purchased it one month before me from poa holder . i recd. certified copy of his sale deed there is no copy of POA attached with sale deed nor any registration no. of POA is mentioned in that sale deed .saledeed onlr mentions only name of POA holder .My lawyer says that may be they donot have POA . so we have filed appeal with SDO court. case has been admitted and notices have been issued to 3 patwaris and owner of the property and other buyer of the propertyby way of POA. first hearing is on 27/1/10. my question is - can a SDO cancel his ferfar and 7/12 if it is found that they donot have any POA. can we make sub registrar also party for registering sale deed w/o checking POA ? is it the right procedure or should I file police complaint ? my lawyers says lets us see what is the order of SDO .then we will take next step since patwaris are also involved here so we went to SDO court. my email add.-- rameshgajwani@rediff.com

Public Transport Woes
For more than 4 years now, buses of Metropolitan Transport Corporation (MTC) Chennai, as and when new fleet is introduced in any routes of Chennai, it is straightaway branded as Deluxe Service and has slowly substituted many important services under this category, thereby indirectly imposing excess fares on commuters who have no option except to depend on these bus services.
I wish to state as under:
(a) Categorizing new buses with DELUXE brand and imposing more than double the fare on commuters without providing extra benefits.
(b) Size of such buses is so narrow that Deluxe buses are often crowded to nullify the DELUXE brand. Standees during peak hours are put to lot of inconvenience due to basic design fault of these buses.
(c) In the name of semi low floor category the standees especially ladies and senior citizens are put to lot of inconvenience that either the roof handle grips are broken or left sliding without any control.
(d) About 20 seats (out of 45) are designed at a raised level causing congestion and difficulties to passengers. Commuters need to climb on these seats to occupy.
(e) To collect such excess fares, without any notice or information, a particular route gets converted to EXPRESS category with extra fares to ply in the same congested city traffic.
(f) Route Numbers are prefixed and suffixed with alphabets to three digit numerals making it difficult even to the education public leave alone semi-literates and senior citizens. These numbers are changed often to the whims and fancies of the MTC management.
(g) Most of the conductors are fastened to their seats without bothering to move freely and issue tickets.
(h) Need based plying of routes to address the transport requirements of the general public has never been taken into consideration.
(i) No reason to introduce HIGH COST AC Buses to ply empty during peak hours.
(j) Many such Deluxe Buses, even after getting old are still branded under this category to facilitate collection of extra fares.
I am posting these matters in this forum only to inform our learned brothers in Chennai as to why till date no legal recourse is initiated in the interest of the Public to get the above woes redressed. Advocate volunteers to come forward to help and advise the provisions of law on this burning issue for the benefit of public at large.
