Tenant Trouble

My tenant is illegally occupying my flat inspite of termination of tenancy and a court case which I have filed against them.
Now understanding that the court case would take time, he is asking for Rs. 10Lacs to vacate. Is there any way I can have this proved as blackmail/bribe/illegal on his part.

Hello, Is there a formal way of confirming a property name and dues before going for a purchase. I want to do this for a Delhi property. Which govt office would this be available from and can it be available from any such office in Delhi or only the related area wise office.

Attorney malpractice

An applicant has filed a false case in DRT against defendant using false fabricated statement of accounts.
The applicant's attorney is aware that the case being filed is false using false document. yet he files and represents the case. The attorney has not cosigned the pleadings and the aplicant has not filed any affidavit along with pleadings.

Is the attorney responsible for any of these illegal actions and if yes under what law?

Refund of Advance Money .....

Nakkashi Graphics: We do the job of making graphics & printing of job through the offset printers.

We contact to IPP ( International Print O Pac provide printing services LTD. )& reach the NOIDA office for printing of Job prepared by us.

We make the Advance Money & get reciept of CASH Deposit of Rs.30000/- as evidence, as per the Quotation given by the Sr. Marketing Manager of IPP LTD. who ensure us that your JOB for printing would be commenced & completed with in 2 Days as per our scheduled JOB List for offset printing.

But It was not started as per the multiple reschedule time and we now, do not want to print the print with the co.

After passing SIX Days, We want to refund the ADVANCE MONEY & complaint to MD. of IPP, AMILA SINGHVI, for delayed JOB and want the refund of advance money, she ensure for refund of money in morning next day.

On next day we reach office to collect the advance money but she neglect to refund the money and told that " we do not print your JOB at this time " & we claim to refund of advance money.

What would be remedies , in such a case ?

Note:

1, There is no terms for Jursdiction & refund or keep the advance money on Quotation as well as on Reciept of Amount deposited as advance.

Lawyers in our country still adopt traditional methods in Law Practice without getting embraced to the latest developments in Information Technology. That is why we are witness to non-disposal of cases in the courts and accumulation of huge backlog. Filling up of vacancies in the Judiciary cannot be the only solution to put fast tracks in place. Administration of Social Justice in toto could be reality only when our profession gets married to IT. Why can't IT become a part and parcel of academic curriculum in our Law Colleges. When a young lawyer is proficient in computers, it not only saves him lot of time to eliminate all manual dependence but also helps to focus on the job professionally. Property sale for Inherited property, document lost

My brother in law having old house which is in his father's name by EC till date, by mouth word around 60 years back his father has mortgaged to some one he's also died, his son telling it's his property, Now brother in law and his brothers has occupied the house now they want to sell but the original documents are lost or with lessee man's son. my brother in law requested at register office for the duplicate documents but it's not found due to old.

Please let us know how can they sell the property without the documents or what's the procedures,
