ONE OF MY COLLEAGUE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FROM SERVICE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT INSTITUTION.
A. UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES CAN A CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE B SUSPENDED
B. 3 SHOW CAUSE NOTICES HAVE BEEN ISSUED TO HIM EACH OF DIFFERENT CASES, WITH MAJOR PENALTY, ON SUBSEQUENT DATES ONE AFTER ANOTHER, IS THIS RIGHT?
HE IS LOCATED IN BOMBAY, CAN ANY ONE ADVISE HIM IN THIS MATTER AT THE EARLIEST.
Also let me know under what rules, modalities required can a government employee be suspended, is it a discretionary power by the Competent Authority or there are certain norms and requirements under which suspension can be done. Are there any remedial measures 4 the employee like approaching the courts and obtain a stay. Can an RTI application be filed to look into all the papers of suspension by the employee?

Want to know Divorce Suite is Civil Case or Criminal , If it is Civil case, What if Decree is not been adhered too by the Opposite party.
Que1.Not Paying the maintenance amount and ready for imprisonment (punishment)?
Que2.Not Allowing the Petitioner to restitute the Conjugal right and getting ready for second marriage (Clear contempt as described in the decree).

Agreement to sale has been executed and possession has been transferred to the purchaser from seller. However, the document has not been registered. Stamp duty has been paid properly. Can this document be produced before the registration office for registration? What is the correct procedure? What will be the stamp duty and registration charges. Request for your kind advice. Dear sir
In November 2008 we filled cheque bounce cases under NI act. So far nothing hapenned except adjournments. My advocate informed that there will be an examination of the accused in March 2010.
Can you please guide me what will be the procedure in NI act cases:
a) What will happen in Examination
b) What is the next step
Pl advice in this regard

It's only 7 month passed since my friend got married. He has not take Dowry and other necessay things and any cash as well. My friend and his wife both working apart.Friend has govt. JOb and her wife private, she dont want to leave that job. moreover, Her wife doubt on my friend regarding a relation with other girl. NOw she abuses, even her sister and father support her, Condition has been very worse .She doesn't want to live with him, she always humiliate about low earning & threat to get him in dowry ,beating & teasing case. She is not willing to divorce. she trying to show my friend relation with other one.Now my friend is bothered. What should he do in a legal way? please suggest

Formation and registering a co-op hsg society
Dear Sir/madam,
Our builder is pushing our members to form a Co-op society and have it registered.
Need valuable advise on, are there any negative implications on members of a building if they were to form and register under a co-op housing society, would the builder in any way be able to excuse himself from being held responsible for the incomplete work and promised amenities.
Is formation of Society and registration important to challenge the builder as a registered collective body for deficiencies in service related to the completion of the building and amenities agreed.
Or is it advisable to wait until the builder completes and hands over the society.
