1. If there was an evidence that there was an jointfamily fund invested for starting the partnership business,with male family mambers alown as partner's.What is the right of female member of the family.?
2.Where the jointfamily prorety is under separate and convenient enjoyment of the manager of a family.Any property,business,partnership firm or company.Acqred by the coparcener out of the income of such property will it be treated as joint family .?
3.When a mitakshare coparcener mixes his serrate property/funds in partnersnip business/company with male family members alown as partners. such will it be treated as partnership or joint family business.?

Dear Experts,
I have a followup question on the same matter as mentioned in my earlier query.
The order(decree) we have is a consensual order in which the opposite party has agreed for the terms of the order.
It has been two since the decree has been passed and now it is in execution court.
As per the decree he has to either refund or register the property.
He cannot register the property due to non alienation order given by high court of karnataka neither he wants to refund the money.
Wanted to know what are the options JDR have now to fight against the decree?
Can he appeal in any other court?

I am born & brought up in maharashtra. I have three daughters & no son. my first daughter married in gujrat, second and third in maharashtra. after marriage of all daughters can i continue huf ? with only wife as member ? or what will be position of huf and who will be coparcenor? if i continue huf what will happen after my death. i have good amount of investments in shares/govt.securities etc. pl. guide

what are the significances of notarising a document?
1) By signing the document,does the notary guarantee the originality of the same?
2} what is the responsibility/liability on the notary in the process?
3} By the notarisation of a document,does the legal enforceability increases?
4) what are the permissible maximum charges for notarisation of documents?
a) Are notaries required to publicly display these rates?
b) If not displaying or violating these rates,to whom should be approached for remedies?
Whoever having time and patience need only answer these queries,as i do not expect a one word answer.
Some of the "experts" forget to remember while answering that these are being read by ordinary people too.
