my superior officers are corrupted.they tried me to add me with their corrupt club. i declined. they issued transfer order within one year of my posting at a place.i can prove their corruption in papers in presence of media.
how should i proceed to cancel the transfer order?

1) Senior Citizen hired a young lawyer for fighting two cases at the same time in Mangalore District Court. One case was disputing a probate of a Will. Second was a partition Suit related to the properties mentioned in the Will.
2) The first case was judged and decreed after one year. The second case is still running since three years.
3) In the first case, lawyer did not attend the Court for fighting the case even once over a period of one year and the judgement went against the old man.
4) In the second case, hearing dates were scheduled for about 10 times over a period of three years. But the lawyer is marked absent on all these dates.
5) The lawyer kept telling the illiterate old man that the two cases have become one and that his presence in Court is not required for both the cases. The old man believed the lawyer hundred percent.
6) The son of the old man was abroad for the last three years and when he returned for his holidays, he found out the actual status of the two cases.
6) When the lawyer was confronted with these facts by the son, the lawyer refused to meet him and tries to avoid him.
What is the recourse for the old man now? How can he get justice for himself? The judgement of the first case and the court papers of the second case clearly mention that the lawyer did not attend even a single Court hearing. So, there is enough proof to show to the Court about deficiency of Service by the young lawyer.
Please remember that the old man is now 79 years old and has become very depressed. Also, we came to know that the lawyer is currently studying to give exams for becoming a Magistrate. It is a very clear case of corruption as can be seen from circumstantial evidence. How can we let such a corrupt person become a Judge?
Do let me know how we can get justice for this old man? And, at the same time, ensure that a corrupt person does not become a judge.

I am junior advocate from gujarat.in 2009 gujarat public service commission has published the advertisement for the filling of vacances of Assistant public procecutor.in adv. the minimum qualified marks for oral interview was not mentioned.and at the time of interview all of candidates who wre qualified were asked to achive minimum 10 marks out of 50 marks in oral interview.the rule has been changed and introdused after the advertisemen.after declaring the final result we were surprised to find that almost 180 candidate were declered fail for not geting 10 marks.even though the written marks of the unsuccessfull candidate was much higher than the succesful candidate.for e.G. i have got 203 marks in written and 8 marks in oral but the candidate who have secured 160 marks in written and 10 marks in oral they were declared pass. so aggrived by this types of unjustice we have filled letter pattern appeal no 1586/2009 and the appeal is allowed by the court, and and cancel the merit list and ordered to make fresh merit list without minimum marks in oral exam.containg aggrigate marks of both writtem and oral exam
G.PS.C has filled the slp no 3584/2010 in supreme court against the said order...so pl advise us on the merits of the case.

A woman belonging to Scheduled Caste fell in love with a man of higher caste. They got married. My question is whether the woman who was earlier a member of Scheduled Caste has lost her status and previleges of SC laws e.g reservation in job etc. after the marriage from a man of higher caste? if not lost then what will be the status of her children who will born out of the wed lock of a SC woman with an General Category man? Pleaseanswer with the relevant laws and Apex Court decision in similar cases which is the guideline.

Dear Ld Friend,
1. A father makes a partition deed for his two children into which one is minor and one is of competent age (major) will the partition Deed is possible in law as Valid to be registered under Registration Act.
2. If the value of the each share is 1 Lakh each then how much stamp duty the father will has to give on Rs 2 Lakh Property.
3. Will the sign of minor is valid in law on the partition deed ? Or needs no sign of any children.
4. Would the Non Judicial Stamp is must for writing the partition Deed ? Or On Simple Plain Paper is sufficient for a Partition Deed to be written ?
Any other new things knew about partition Deed Please let me know.
