malafide transfer of govt. servant

my superior officers are corrupted.they tried me to add me with their corrupt club. i declined. they issued transfer order within one year of my posting at a place.i can prove their corruption in papers in presence of media.
how should i proceed to cancel the transfer order?

Legally speaking, transfer is an incidence of service. Employees have to obey transfer orders or they would be inviting disciplinary action.

In your case, as you are prohibited from interacting with media in public as you are an employee. If you are a government employee, you have take prior permission from the respective government department or if you are a private company employer, you need to take permission of the management. I am sure, you would not get one.

However, avenues open for you is to report the matter to the management if you are in private sector, or report to Lokayukta, Vigilance Department of Home Department of your State Government, CBI etc., if you are in government service.
