Restituion of Conjugal right under section281 Mohameddan law

My wife had Filed petition for decree of Retitution of conjugal rights under the provision section 281 of mohammedan law.. now the case was dismiss in family court stating that "As per Mohammedan Law the For part of restitution of Congugal rights is not filing. Hence it is Dismis, as not tenable"
as she was not able to find the previous judgement on this case, that could run this petition
Now she went to appeal in high court FCA

i want to know what step should i take to dismiss this case?

Whether Retitution of conjugal rights under the provision section 281 of mohammedan law, is applicable , i mean previous judgement is given in wifes favour before or case is admitted?

if yes where can i find a copy of this judgement?

Hopefully u will help me out

Hindu Succession

Sir, My father sold my grandfather's(his father) properties when we were young and invested the proceeds into his business. After some years he bought a property. Me and my brother are the only legal heirs in succession. My brother has one son and I have two sons. My question is; 1)How the property should be divided now 2)Is there any precedence of this sort in case laws and if so, details may please be given

Delay in filing a private complaint about continuing offence

Friends as posted earlier, my private complaint has been held to be barred by limitation since my first complaint made about the offense to the CBI in 2005 did not see the light of the day. My last communication with CBI was until October 2008. This strengthened the accused officials and they are continuing with the offenses even todate. I have argued effectively that limitation does not apply to "continuing offenses" but the Court has failed to accept my stand. Please help with Judgements or citations before Friday which can help me convince the Judge that for Criminal Cases limitation is no bar for continuing offenses. Please help me because this case will unearth nearly Rs 70 crores of public money misappropriated by Central Government Scientists.
