Respected Sir, We purchased a new flat in Jun 2009 jointly with my husband and its registry + apartment deed was done in Jun 2009. We have taken the posession of the flat. Recently, we got all the documents from the builder and we noticed that there is a typing mistake in my sirname in Apartment Deed document howevr my husband's full name is mentioned correctly ( he is second holder). My sirname is mentioned as "Tondon" instaed of "Tandon". Though Index II page is written in Hindi and here the name is correct. Will this create problems in selling the flat in future and Is it necessary to go for correction deed? Thanks.

One of my client who is an employee was working in 2nd shift from 3.00 pm. At 8.00 pm the employer found that alchohol smell is coming and took the blood and sent for test next day to Medical Officer, though there was Central Hospital, ESIS Hospital was available. No liquor bottle found in the company nor the employee went outside from the time of his duty. The security checked the employee before letting him inside the company for duty. How far the case of an employer is correct? When the worker was covered under ESIC, they took test from Medical Officer.
The employer conducted domestic enquiry and findings have been provided. The workman apprehend that they may terminate him on this ground.
My query is that can the employer do this by taking the shelter of report of Medical Officer when the Government/ESIS Hospital's reports were not taken?

By a High Court Order in a company petition U/Sec 391 & 394 if one company got some immovable properties, there is no doubt that the particular company became the absolute owner and having good title over it. On the basis of the High Court order mutation in revinue records can be carried out.
Is it required or mandatory to register any document in the SRO for the purpose to create an entry in the record of SRO. If required what is the name of the document, why and what is the stamp duty.
Please suggest.

Compensation to wife
Wife left my home without intimation for 8 months to her parents home. She lodged false case of harassment and submitted inflated list of items. Demanding her stridhan items & compensation in support of CAW Cell from me. She is drawing pay more than me & educated more than me. My queries are as follows :
1. Is she eligible for compensation through Cell or filing case for the same ? What reply should I offer in this regard as she wants compensation immediate from me otherwise threatening of case of false charges against me & my family members ?
2. Since her actual stridhan items are under process to hand over, what stand should I take on the furniture items of the nature of joint & common use re garding giving or not giving to her at a time when she is saying nothing on her return to my home, or Mutual divorce. If she makes OK on mutual divorce, I have no problems to return her items Please advice for the steps I should take and tell what may she intend.
My third query is on what ground an order of arrest may be issued against me & my family members when I have returned her stridhan items given actual by her parents and I am not involved in domestic violence wih her in fact, but she is giving inflated list of items and charging of false domestic violence. Is under domestic violence man may be arrested immediate without any warrant on FIR
