Hello,

Kindly let me know whether financial misappropriation can be termed as indecent behaviour under sec24k of standing orders act

Definitely financial misappropriation is a heinous crime and against the expectations from the employee. Thus it may also be against the Standing order of the company/employer.

It is a criminal act. Provisions of IPC applies. Standing orders Section 24, it is a financial indiscipline.
