SIR MY NAME IS ASHISH AGARWAL AND I AM FROM LUCKNOW. I RUN AN ADVERTISING AGENCY IN LUCKNOW AND HAVE OFFICES IN MANY CITIES. I HAVE A CLIENT IN ALIGARH WHO HAD RELEASED ADVERTISMENTS OF THEIR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR ADMISSIONS OF WORTH RS.2.00 CRORES APPROX. OUT OF THAT AMOUNT THERE CHEQUES FOR WORTH RS. 1.63 BOUNCED. OUT OF THESE CHEQUES, MANY OF THE CHEQUES BOUNCED TWICE AND THRICE. CLIENT'S POINT WAS THAT THEY HAD A BAD EDUCATION SESSION AND COULD NOT GET RESPONSE FROM THE ADVERTISEMENTS AND KEPT ON REQUESTING US TO WAIT FOR THE PAYMNET. IN THE MEANTIME TO SECURE US WE FILED A CASE OF 138 N.I ACT IN HON'BLE COURT OF A.C.J.M. NOW THE SITUATION IS THAT COURT HAVE ISSUED MANY SUMMONS BUT THEY DID NOT TURN UP..LATER ON COURT ISSUED BAILABLE WARRANT TO THE ACCUSED BUT I AM SURE HE IS MANAGING THE LOCAL POLICE STATION NAD THE REPORT OF WARRANT HAS YET NOT COME. OVERALL HE IS TRYING TO BE AWAY FROM COURT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. WHEREAS IN HIS EMAIL FROM THE CLIENT TO OUR ADVOCATE, CLIENT HAS SAID THAT THEY WILL MAKE THE PAYMENT IN APRIL. I AM NOT UNDERSTSNDING HE HAS EMAILED OUIR CLIENT REGARDING THEIR PAYMENT BUT NOT APPEARING THE COURT.
SIR NOW POINT IS CAN WE LODGE F.I.R AGAINST THE CLIENT UNDER IPC 420. AND HOW CAN WE PUT FURTHER PRESSURE ON THE CLIENT TO MAKE OUR PAYMENT AND FURTHER WHAT IS IMPORTANCE OF THE EMAIL FROM CLIENT TO OUR ADVOCATE COZ' THIS EMAIL WAS SENT BY CLIENT IN RESPONSE TO OUR ADVOCATE'S EMAIL IN WHICH OUR ADVOCATE HAD SENT THE LEGAL NOTICES TO THE CLIENT AND ALSO THE COPY OF THE SUMMON OF HON'BLE COURT.
SIR PLEASE ALSO SUGGEST ME THE FIRMS WHO ARE KEEN TO PURCHASE MY CASE. MY CASE IS VERY STRONG AS I HAVE GOT ALL VERY STRONG PROOFS AND ALSO THE REPEATED COMMITMENT LETTERS FROM THE CLIENT SHOWING THE RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE MY PAYMENT.

what is the court fees i will have to pay to file a suit to cancel the "release deed" obtained from me fruadulently. i have paid Rs 25/- AS COURT FEE AS PER sec 24[d] of karnataka court fees @suits valuation act . I am not asking for pocession of the property,please let me know the actual court fees to be paid.

if the offence is compounded with the complainant and the court discharged the accused is there any adverse effect in future or in govt service

Hello ,
I was being insulted by opposite party's lawyer everytime we had a hearing. The opposite party's lady lawyer, purposely coming close to my place where I was sitting near court and purposely directing some abusive, insulting sentences which I was tolerating since one year. But at our last hearing day, I could not tolerate her and slapped her very well and also given some nice reply and also threatened her not to do this next time onwards. I am also a lady and but since last 1 year I suffered a lot, I could not control my anger on her. I want to know what action she can take on me for doing this? No known person was around when this happened except my husband who is the opposite party and who had filed for divorce. Pls let me know if she files a complaint against my this act, what sections and what theories she can use there? What are other challenges I will have to face for my this act? Since she is a lawyer, for her filing any case against me will be free of cost and probably purposely they ( my husband and his lawyer) were trying such things so that their divorce case becomes strong with such type of cases against me. Pls tell me what else she can do in this regard.

RESPECTED SIR, Notarised plot on 5/rupees stamp paper is valid? it has been made in 1984-86 periods ,now is it is vaild? what is the limitation act for the same? kindly give me suzesstion ,thanking you sir,

cbi in corruption case has not registered the name of one person in the fir even after 12 months but he has been arreseted and released on bail. no chargesheet filed

Boundary Dispute with Neighbour
I have my ancestoral property on which we used to live with our family. the building was build arround 60-70 years ago.presently we want to re-build the construction after demolishing the old construction. the problem is that my neighbour is showing his musscle power and saying not to allow us to rebuild the house.as about the property it was purchased by my grand father.in this connection what type of legal aid i can avail and where to proceed ?
