It is your property and you have every right to build and rebuild the structures in accordance with law. Your neighbour cannot come in your way unless you are deviating from the building bye-laws prescribed by the municipality.

If your neighbour is using muscle power, go to the police and lodge a complaint. You may also approach civil court for injunction against him.

File a suit for permanent injunction against your neighbour and their henchmen as not obstruct for the construction.
IN a suit file an applcation u/o 39 r 1 &2 sekking ad interrium injunction order against the neighour till the disposal of the suit. If got the interrium order against your neighbour then file a complaint in the police station. And also file an IA for violation of court order and seek an order of police protection.

I agree with all the aobve lrd friends .
it appears after 70 years of construction of your old House - the situations in the locality are changed , the nieghbours are claiming/demadning a New Road from others/your land . If there is no Road from your land , you need not worry about it . You can file the suit for injucntion . Nieghbours want more roads from others property with out leaving any part of theit land for Roads . It is common situation in all the Urabn and Semi urabn Areas . You are entitled to Retain your entire land with out leavign any Road . File Suit for injunction and obtain Decree and Interium injucntion orders .
