Three persons were summoned on Dated 20-09-09 as an accused in my crl complaint,limitation for revision is 90 days against summoning order,out of three accused two accused surrendered before trial court and were bailed out,they didnot file revision and their linitation period of 90 days expired but third accused filed revision after calculating period of 90 days starts from the date of knowledge,two another accused persons are also co-revisionist in this revision,whereas their limitation has already been expired much prior to filing of this revision,it is pertinent to add here that third revisionist who has filed revision after expiry of limitation on the ground of date of knowledge is wife of accused no. 1 who has already bailed out and didnot file any revision within limitation period but lateron became co-revisionist with his wife i.e. accused no. 3 ,it is also better to mention here that accused couple is residing in same house.what is legal position regarding maintainability of this revision,kindly advice.Thanx with Regards

My query is that- Does the state commision have any power to entertain any revision petition? if yes under what provision.

sir tis m manish can u plz gimme some details of MBL-master of business law on whether it is available in chennai,,through distance mode,,,NATIONAL LAW SCHOOL-BANGALORE offers tis course but comes wit lots of hindrances,, such as no examination centres in chennai,,etc so sir plz suggest me some universities in chennai whic offers "MBL"(distance)COURSE in chennai,,,, also suggest me whether CS WIT MBL is a good combination or not?

Greetings !
I want to know whether the photos can be taken as valid proof in family case if the photos are not having negatives? The photos were digital and the photographer is not ready to come to court to give any statement. In this case, is there any photo test which can be done by laboratory which tells whether the photo is original or mixed one. Here mixed means changing the actual object and placing different one? Is there any such test and whether this test report is taken as valid proof or not in the court?

SIR,
WE ARE CONSTRUCTING A HOUSE ON OUR PLOT AS PER MAPS PASSED BY MUNICIPLE COMMETTE AND TOWN PLANNING DEPPT OF THE DISTT.FIRSTLY WE ISSUED SUMMON BY COURT FOR CASE BY OUR NEIGHBOUR UNDER RULE 39 1 AND 2 WITH CPC 151 FOR WHICH OUR LAWYER ADVICED US TO GO AHEAD WITH CONSTRUCTION. NOW AGAIN WE HAVE RECIEVED ANOTHER SUMMON UNDER RULE 39 2A CPC.OUR LAWYER SAY AS WE R CONSTRUCTION AS PER MUNICIPLE COMMETTE 'S MAP .SO THIER IS NO NEED TO HALT . KINDLY GUIDE US THEN WHY WERE SUMMONED AGAIN IF WE ARE NOT DOING IT ILLEGALY.
