Mr A's wife applied for transfer of Mr A's share in her name by submitting Indemnity Bond, Death Certificate & No objection from married daughter, but Society or Mr A's wife doesnot have record such as Sale Agreement(Purchase Agreement) of the said flat. Society & Mr A's wife have only Share certificate indicating Mr A & Mr B as joint member for the said flat. Mr B also does not have Sale Agreement (Purchase Agreement)with him for the said flat. Please guide me in detail in this matter how society can transfer the said flat to Mr A's wife name.

We have entered into commercial contract for supply of goods for a period of 1 year. In the agreement, there is clause about renewal reads as "this agreement may be renewed that may be mutually decided which will be reduced to writing". In view of the above, is it legal to mention that the agreement is renewed for 3 years on same terms and condition and reduce it on Simple Paper / Stamp paper?

Dear Experts,
Please opine wrt sec. 138 of the NI Act.
A cheque was issued without any date. There was no dispute about the liability. How ever, the cheque was disnonoured on account of stop payment instruction from the drawer. The cheque was drawn in the capacity of a partner on behalf of partnership firm.
In the above circumstances, what are the civil and criminal liability of the signing partner/ other partners/ firm.

hi,
iam aware of the fact the thid relates to cruelty to women soon before death, but if the death cause is natural and and lets assume that the woman died due to "heat stroke" but the death occured within 15 months of marriage, so should bail be provided to accused, and also to assume that the accused is still under trial u/s 498-A, but the charge framed still not decided despite doctor's evidence and chemical report both have been reached the court?
