Hello sir,
Please guide me on the following.
We have entered into an agreement with a builder and the sales deed of the plot got registered and obtained home loan for the same. To avoid paying pre emi, emi is being paid by us for full loan value even before full loan amount disbursement. Other than the final disbursement, the bank has disbursed the loan. We have paid the balance due amount in cash to the builder without taking any receipt. what hold we have on the builder and the building to get our things done properly?

on road market happens in residential area and front of our house gets covered by shops and vehicles making unlawful infrigment, private and public nuisance to the residents.
when matter was brought to corporation the commissioner orders no market to be run with board declaring unauthorised market must not be run. but petty politicians and officials of corporation who were earning hafta, continued market. now even police have joined the hafta business.
corporation refused to accept complaint filed.
police say they can't take complaint on corporation officials.
What is the procedure?

the case under 138 negotiable act was dismissed 3 years ago and it was registered in 2003 worth is 300000 Rs
the case was dismissed due to our non appearence but that non appearence was due to medicle problem ie. heart bye pass do we have any remady

I resigned on 1st of Feb.10 but till date company didn't settel the final settalment.
Many a times i personnaly talk to HR and writen mail to HR,HOD and Director also, but till date they not reply my mail.
What to do ?
In legal way how much time period given to company for final settelement?
sugest me legal advice or way...

Sir/ madam.
my grand mother purchased one land for my mother. Due to not availability of my mother she took it on her own name. My mother paid money for that. Before death of my grandmother she gave in writing that this property belongs to my mother and all her son and daughter have signed that document.
now after her death my mother did application to city survey for getting her name on property card. From last 20 years my mother is having name on property card.
But on sat bara the talathi said that all the brothers and sisters will have their name.
now this land is in city muncipal area from the purchase of land .
now let me know what is important ? to prove my mothers ownership?
Is it possible to register the old document in which my grand mother have said that this property belong to my mother?
signed by her all sons and daughters.
