dear respected Sirs,
Good afternoon
our orgnaisation has outsourced the conservancy servicces to regisered lienced contractor for the financical of 2010-2011 as he has quoted the lowest bid accordingly the mangement and contractor enter into an agreement, whereas the contractor unable to pay the minimum wages and also not ready to execute the contract . by seeing this situation, noe the orgnaisation has proposed to re tender the conserveacy services to liecensed contractor. for this we are in need of provisions and rule position on the subject and the law governing the retendering procedure. pl educate us on the procedure to be followed while doing so.

What is the legal obtions with Shoib (Foreigner)after his passport etc. with police.
and what are legal options with his 1st wife as per India law.
It is possible that they get married on 15th April.
What our law saying..........do you have any idea what is the final result of this issue

sir my fatherinlaw sending me threat messages saying if his daughter does suiced attempts we vl be responsible and me my family members are plotting plan to kill his daughter etc etc,he vl send us jail ,im only not good his daughter is good, i m not providing her food money etc where i m providing everything an sad is i m not getting food from her. my parents just called them to mumbai(where my father in law resides he is not ready to come my place in karnataka and discuss) and said we are coming there to discuss the problems and he is sending such replies.he doesnt want us to go to mumbai at his residence and to discuss.my parents staying in distant place from where me and my family residing, as u can go thro my previous details i m going thro severe torture by my wife as well now threat messages direct false allegationson me and my family.what to do?those messages vl be helpful?is it criminal intimidation?can i use it plsanswer.

I invested 10 lakhs or so 2 years ago in Marble and Stone business with this man who I thought I trusted. The business has taken off - he will not put my name on the business as we first discussed. I said Fine, at least give me back my 10 laks i invested. Can I do something - or Do I say bye bye to my money. I have a written document in his handwriting that explaints details about the business. Complainant has mentioned in its complainant that payment was made against bill discounting facility but 4 representations have been made 2 on advocate to advocate basis and 2 in the presence of the Ld. Magistrate but the complainant has failed to produce the discounted bills, is their any remedy.
Can process be intiated u/s 91 of Cr.P.Code

mai 29 yrs old ek ladki hun,or pichle 3 shal se ek ladke se payar karti hun,ab usne mujhe bataya ki wo married hai or do bache bhi hain,puchne pr usne bataya ki uski wife achi nahi hai or uske ghar walo ne bhi mujhe yehi bataya ki wo achi nahi hai,hum shadi karna chahte hain,per uske ghar wale bacho or duniya ka wasta de rahe hain isliye wo confused ho rahe hain,per mai uske bina nahi rah sakti kyunki hamara rista bahut aage badh chuka hai,wo bhi nahi rah sakta per gharwale confused kar rahe hain hum kya kare,pls advise me mai bahut paresan hun

Tenant eviction in a purchase under Sarfaesi Act 2002
I bought a commercial office building, where my company was and still is, a tenant, under Sarfaesi Act 2002 at a bank foreclosure auction. After a 2 year legal battle (appeals upto SC by the borrower/Owner and again at DRT) the title was vested in me. I managed to throw the Owner/borrower out. But a pre-exisiting commercial tenant (actually two companies under same proprietor) refuses to vacate, has not been paying the pre-existing rent etc.).
My attorney filed 2 cases for eviction under the Rent Control courts, against the 2 companies. Almost 2 years later, it still has not come to trial, while the tenant continues to enjoy the property rent free.
Could this have been filed any where else other than the Rent Control ? I am told that this should have been easy and quick and should have been filed in HC, due to purchase under Sarfaesi? Even if I get the eviction order from Rent control (or HC), I am told that this can go onto appeal? The tenant is hard to work with. Answers & advise?
