Respected members,
A person ‘A’ sold a land to “X” in 1969. Son of ‘A’ sold the same land to ‘Y’ in 1972. Both ‘X’ and “y” were doing job outside. No one neither ‘X’ nor did ‘Y’ know about the land sold to both. After 30 yrs ‘Y’ started construction on the land. ‘X’ stopped him. Both went in civil suit. After 10 yrs suit decided in favour of ‘X’. Thus ‘Y’ got cheated. In deed of ‘Y’ it is written that if vendee get ejected or in any way dispossessed due to fault in my right/title, me and my legal heir will compensate the loss incurred. In this case what remedy available to ‘Y’ where both 'A' and his son has died. Can ‘Y’ ask compensation from the heirs of son of ‘A’? Plz. Advice.
Thanks and regds.

My father has Residential cum Commercial property @ Nagpur, Maharashtra acquired
through his own income. He now wants to transfer the same to me (son). Please
advise me on
1. which will be better "will" or "gift" deed.
2. Which will be economical (considering stamp duty, registration, lawer fees
etc.,)
3. Which will be more potent in legan process.
4. If will is made and if it is required to be probated later on then will it
attract any charges.

Dear Sirs,
i have to defend an accused in a theft case.
my queries are.
1. can this offence be compounded? if so under which law and the respective section or clause?
2. i have filed my memo of appearance only now but the accused has already been examined by the judge to find out if the accused wanted to plead guilty and the accused has not pleaded guilty, therefore the case is slated for trial. my problem is that i have not received any papers such as FIR, Police Report and statements of witnesses. the bench clerk is saying that papers have already been given to the accused. if i ask for papers orally in the next hearing and they are denied by the judge can i file a memo stating that i have not received the papers? thanks.

Transfer of property after father's death
Thirty years back my father died before my birth. Around fifteen years back his three brothers’s distributed the house and shops equally with some share for his mother. I and my mother were not given a single penny. My grandmother and three uncles earned lot of money from the property of one house and three shops. Also there was another commercial plot owned by my grandfather, of which no one knows what happened to the plot. Kindly tell me that (1) how I can receive (under which laws) my share with the share of money made by my share in last thirty years? (2). Is there a criminal law that can put my grandmother and three uncles behind bar for the injustice they have done to me and my mother and the relative who enjoyed my share without my notice for thirty years.
