Hi,
My husband's grandmother had made of his 3 sons nomination in property she was staying when she was alive. She also has one daughter, can her daughter claim the right in property even if she was not nominated.
One more question if the property is in single name and their are 2 nominations in the registered agreement say Y & Z. Now if X made will saying that the property will be transferred to say third person but the agreement is not changed then whether the property will be transferred to the nominations or the third person mentioned in the will?

Dear Sir/mam
one partnership firm has submitted General Power of Attorney (GPA) in the name of "X" and after one years the same firm submitted another GPA in the name of "Y" stating in their covering letter that they have canceled the earlier GPA since the GPA holder resigned from job. In this circumstance can we accept the new GPA submitted by the firm or advice them to produce any supporting document for cancellation of GPA? please some one clarify my doubt

Goods from my consignment were stole from my DTDC courier and when I contacted the DTDC courier services through email they just forwarded the email to other officer.
Kindly advice me the best remedy which I can take.
I can sue them under which law and for what i.e compensation, recovery or what.
This has resulted in tremendous loss to me because those pieces were meant for a exporter who was in Idnia at that time but now I missed a potential buyer.
Plz advice at the earnest.
Legal notice needed to be served if yes seeking what.?????????????/

Suppose a person is going to registered an association.Which authority will be registering the same.Whether registration of an association is similar to registration of society.
Which Act will be take into account/cosideration. whether its the society registration Act 1860?

Is their A time Frame which is fixed in Family Court Act which says that after certain number of Absents or certain no of Days after the First absent in the middle of the hearing the Suit can be Dismissed?

Kindly let me know that whether there is any ruling by indian court in any case regarding :-
(a) if any Scheduled Caste girl marries to upper caste men, then in that case she can claim benefits under reservation.
