Hello all,
I am 26 yr old bank job oriented married girl. My marriage was did in 2016 January. My parents did my marriage forcefully and without my consent. They do emotional blackmail me threatens me nd say me that you have to say yes to that boy. I m in love with another guy who is fully settled person but inter caste. my parents denied and did my marriage. Even after this marriage i make efforts in our marriage but things won't work. I am not happy seriously not happy and i make my mind to leave my husband home and leave alone and live my life in my way. Is court force me to stay with my husband. I never want to leave with him. In 2 years i not accept him. Please suggest me can i leave my husband home.

My father have agriculture land near ahmedabad which was given to him as per mutual consent from my grandfather. Now we wanted to remove family members (my aunty and foi) name from this agricultural land. One member is in USA. What is the procedure to remove their names with their consent from 7/12 of this land. Please suggest.

A sale deed executed in October 2000 for purchase of agriculture land is questioned by a son who was minor at the time of sale (now major). He is trying to claim from that his father's share and along with other joint owners brothers and uncles have sold the joint property. now can he question after lapse of 18 years?. Now the land is acquired by govt. How can he claim now any compensation? Actually his father has taken sale consideration at the time of sale transaction. now with collusion with his father, he is approaching court to blackmail the bonafide buyer. how to defend. please clarify.

i took the personal loan one of the private bank. loan amount 2.0 lak, but 2016 feb to feb 2019 36 month monthly emi also will paid. but now i can't pay due to financial problem and also bossiness in last 7 month but i fear now they are so many phone calls to me. Now i fear they go court fraudulent and forgery case but my situation very bad but i will paid shortly with in the period of the final date of loan closing anybody help to how to handle this problem please....

There are 2 partners in firm(Ex-A,B)B want to retire and another one i.e C want to join.New partner would be A AND C. SO DO WE NEED TWO SEPARATE DEED FOR IT OR WE CAN MAKE IN ONE DEED. In which ever case please provide me the format.

Since 1966 my family is settled in Rajasthan. My home state is Maharashtra. Recently I find out that we belong to Obc category in Maharashtra from our village Tehsil records.
Therefore I applied for obc certificate in Maharasthtra and tehsil officer in Maharashtra issued me obc cast certificate but now when I applied for obc Non Creamy Layer certificate they refused to issue it giving the reason that the three year income record of my father that I produced is from Rajasthan and my Ration card and aadhar card are also from Rajasthan and suggested to go to Rajasthan Tehsil and apply for only non cream layer certificate in Rajasthan.
Please guide me
1) I should apply for non cramy layer certificate from Rajasthan showing them cast certificate issued from Maharashtra. Won't be it illeagal?

my parents purchased flat in joint name but before getting possession of said flat my father the first owner died and the builder transferred the said flat in name of my mother 75%(50 original+25 father's share) and in my name (only child) as co applicant 25% father's share. me and my mother are the only legal heir for my father. we don't want change the equation hence we did not approach court for transfer of share in my name. but society is not issuing the share certificate saying that it will issue certificate in first owners name. we have provided nomination form by my mother as first owner (as when my father died the society was not formed) the society has registered the nomination form. we don't have any mortgage, and we have cleared all society dues still society is holding our share certificate. kindly provide solution to this matter and what is procedure to get share certificate in my mother's name?

complainant filed compliant u/s 138 NI act and claim amount rs 12 lakh. On cheque,printed cheque valid upto 10 lakh and under amount . Complaintant did not support any documentry proof nor any eye witness.In cross my counsel did not ask to bring his property proof.complainant replied in cross that he sold property worth rs 25 lakh .my counsel did not ask him to bring proof of that property.our defence is complaint was running commitees and i was memeber of comitee.i gave payment through cash and cheques on various dates.My counsel took suggestion related to comitee business,payment through cheques etc .compliantant not sure on which date i demaned cheque and given money.He is not incom tax payee nor money lending licence.He stated he gave money on no interst.He did not approach police,respectables nor file any recovery suit.He is farmer.i have pass book and record of complaintant withdraw money through cheques.I did not take any loan from complainant. Complainat has not mentioned he had given me loan.In starting lines of complaint/affidavit compainant stated in para no 1. That accused good self have signed and issued cheque no dated of rs of his account from bank in favour of complainat in discharge his liabilityand debts against the complainat.Please guide me what is the fate of my case ? What should my 313 statement ? Judge asked me for compromise.But complaiant wants to take huge amount on the name of compromise. Everyone told me that i will be convicted. Is this right ? I m worried.What should i do now towin this case ? Please guide me properly. my cousel did well in his cross or not ? Kindly help me .

Land related appeal and execution petition
It is an case regarding Agricultural land where other party taken forgery thumb impressions on stamp paper for sale... At tehsil level we won, later at district level in appeal they won.. We applied at chandigarh high court and the appeal dismissed at first debate, meanwhile other party filed a Execution petition in lower court..
Now, Experts can you please please suggest me best course of action regarding :
1.Appeal in Supreme Court(SC)?
2. Chances of acceptance of appel in SC?
3. Action to be taken against Execution petition?
4. Being a son can I file objection against execution petition?
Kindly suggest experts it is very urgent and I will be very much thankful to all of you
