We are the committee members of a NGO.
Our founder is resorting to fraud misappropriation and is diverting from the very rules and by laws.
Should we quit the NGO intimating the Registrar of the fraud or in the annual body meeting should we on a major vote sack the Founder.
Pl intimate.

hi
i would like to know how a payment made towards mainteance and interest credit to principal amount or interest amount.
ie is amount of interest is cleared or principal is cleared can u give under which sec. or rule this is covered.

I have got Further Action Dropped report from the police duly endorsed by the Judicial Magistrate 2 years back itself for 498A and which she is aware also. But right now my wife has filed Cr Op asking direction in the high court to open the closed case. what should I do now? will the case be opened or not?

Family Court Judge has given an order in IA allowing setaside of exparte divorce order. Kindly please let me know the time limit for appeal period for this IA order? and whether the time starts from the date of recieving the order copy or the date of order copy made ready? whether the holiday month of MAY of the high court will be excluded while calculating the appeal period?

SIR,
I want to take salary details like GPF ESI HRA etc,... of a particular person, The person is a govt servant. When I approached the IT dept they asked for the person's PAN card, which I do not possess.
Pl let me know whether I can solicit PAN card information under the RTI,
OR
furnishing the name and dept and place of the employee, can I solicit information of the salary details directly from the IT dept. Pl clarify

ONE OF OUR CLIENT, IN A VILLAGE OF ABOUT 2500 PEOPLE CULTIVATING LAND FOR LAST 15 YEARS.
IT IS HEARD THAT ABOUT 10 YEARS BACK, SOME PIECE OF LAND WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE OCCUPANT UNDER "RAVDA HAQ".
MAY I PLEASE REQUEST THE DETAILS OF RAVDA HAQ AND MORE PARTICULARLY HOW TO GET THE LAND TRANSFERRED FROM MAMLATDAR.
ANY JUDGEMENT OR ORDER OF MAMLATDAR CAN STRENGTHEN OUR CASE.

Is it possible to obtain copy of documents submitted by plaintiff under ORDER VII Rule 14(1) of CPC through a copy appliction before the family court.
These documents are not yet marked as evidence.
