Please through light to following query
A at Chennai & B at Hyderabad entered into a agreement at Chennai. A terminated the agreement. B filed a suit for injuction at courts at hyderabad. Temp injun was granted by hyderabad courtm for one month.
1. Is the suit maintainable at Hyd?
2. Can A file a suit against B on the basis of agreemnent at Chennai?

Respected Experts,
The company is going to file Cheque bounce cases ( Sec. 138 of N.I.Act) against its defaulters. It is very difficult for the M.D. to file and attend the courts and pursue on each matter. Hence the comapany is decided to depute one of its employee to file, attend and pursue the proceedings. So which document is required in this regard. Could you plz. provide the proforma of the document.

A Hindu widow lady expired intestate. She has major son and a minor son. Can major son be treated as natural guardian for claiming deposits from a bank ? or he will have to obtain legal guardianship from court under Guardianship & Wards Act.

My wife is a teacher at a Private School in Gurgaon. The school has issued a circular to all teachers demanding that they undertake Census Duty during the summer break. The notification says that this is manadatory and refusal could lead to imprisonment upto three years.
To me, this comes across as violation of fundamental rights. Firstly because, the school is neither a municipality or government funded / semi-funded school. Secondly, when the teachers asked about the provision of security while they are at this work, the authorities havent responded.
I wish to understand if this is a legal demand from the municipality and the school? Is this really manadatory, even though she is not a government employee? Is this a punisheable offence if she refuses to undertake this?

Upto 31.03.2010 if a transporter had PAN there was no need of deducting TDS. But wef 01.04.2010 whether the same rule applies. In other wards whether the same provision has been extended in recent budget ?
