Dear sir,
I had booked resale flat by paying 20% of property value. Registered agreement has been registered by paying stamp duty and registration charges.
today my registered agreement is going cancel as 45 day has been over.
still my loan process is going, as there is title clearness not yet got.
Please help me how to go ahead.

Dear All,
Kindly guide me about the validity of motor cover notes after issuance and liability of an insurance company validity(be it be own damage or third party)in duration .i.e till how many year the insurance company is liable for third party claim .and what is the time duration in which an insured should lodge a claim with the insurance company for Third party claim, also guide is it valid to lodge a claim on the cover note after its expiry period of sixty days.

The Builder In 1994 A society was formed on Survey No. 35 Then In 2003/2004 He purchased an adjoining plot which did not have a road access he applied for permission to build which was refused but he any way built approx 18 bunglows of 2000 sq feet and sold it by assighnment documents in 2005/2006 he desolved the society using forged signatures of exisiting on the Special AGM Resolution
all this is only on Paper and made the 18 members of illegale Structures members and issued share certificates and he has conned some membrs to take ove the society and arbitrarly appointed president secretary etc keeping us all in the dark
The assitant Secretary is dily dallying about giving her rulling on the subject what legal recourse do i have

a property is already mortgaged to a bank. now the party need another loan and he wanted to mortgage the same property. now if he redeem the mortgage and create new mortgage it will cost him a lot. he wanted to create an amendment to that mortgage. please tell me the legal consequence. thanks in advance

Respected Experts,
Before some days, I read a Bengali novel in eBook (pdf) format. It was a good story.
Presently I saw an website is posting the story in their forum in story section. They did not changed the name of story or the writer. They changed some portion of the story.
The mentioned forum is "Adults story forum" and they are inserting Porno Dialects and sexual scene description that was not in the original story. the forum is xbii.com. This site is very popular among the Bengali porno readers, so the writer is marked as "porno writer" among those gentlemen.
The real author was publishing his story part by part in an e-magazine. As the result of the above incident, he just stopped the story and do not want to write again.
Please suggest how to stop these nuisances?

Dear sir/madam
my issue of concern is about 317crpc. my husband resides in dubai and was arrested last year at indian airport as LOC/RCN was pending. on execution of self bond of 1.5 lacs he has been granted bail under a condition that if he fails to deposit his passport within given period of time in court, the amount will be paid to victim wife and daughter,but as his lawyer filed a petition under section 317 crpc he got the extension of one more year on the same deposit. where i disagree to the fact that this amount should have been paid to wife and then an additional amount should have been deposited by A1 if his reason is genuine for extension.
now i want to get the amount on requesting hon'ble court or higher court,it is possible to approach and under which section of crpc.
pls reply me as i am not getting any maintenance. leaving under pathetic condition nurturing my 4 year old child.
