Is there any limitation period prescribed to file an application before Registrar, after serving Notice u/s 101 to the defaulter by the Co-operative Society?

What if a hired advocate results non performing and denies for NOC, the party has paid fee to which he heavily charged, but now escaping from responsibilities and not responding to required merits. here the law is devoid of interest of party, can the party appeal for change of counsel directly before practicing session or HC judge?

Hi respected experts,
am at final stage of my chartered accountancy course, mostly i will have the knowledge of Income tax act, Goods and service act, customs law, Companies act ,FEMA act, SEBI regulations etc.
but various business sectors will be governed by various central and state acts.
if i got new client in diff sector like chit fund business or co-operative sector like that...
how i will get the information that,,, which act will govern that particular business.... since we have more than thousand act...
kindly help me in this regard .....

If so, in which court it is maintainable and in which section it is maintainable
