Whether the Bank can accept a house built over a agriculture land as mortgage under Securitasation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2oo2(SERFAESI ACT2002) when it is specifically barred by Section 31(i) of the said Act.Recently Hon'ble SC had pronounced a judgement connected this provision. Have anybody would like to provide the suprime court decision on this issue.

1)What are chartered high Courts ? How are these diiferent from the High courts which are no charetered?
2)I have come across the ACT(S) which speaks about the saving section under which act it has been said that saving section should be inserted under the act which is a repealed of the other act.
EG: income tax act, 1961 will be repealed soon so under direct tax code there is a section know as "savings" ? why this sections is there who said that this section should be there.

kindly mail me the drafting(format) for PROPERTY RELEASED FROM EQUITABLE MORTGAGE from natinalised bank.The loan and all dues are fully paid than also My bankers is not providing the format . they are telling like that you prepare on your own way of releasing properrty from mortgage that registerd in SUB-REGISTARD OFFICE. HENCE THE BANK OFFICER IS READY TO CAME AT SUB-REGISTARD OFFFICE TO SIGN THE DOCUMENT IN PRENSENCE OF OFFICER.
MY BANK IS STATE BANK OF INDIA.

As per civil procedure code, 1908 i would like to ask queries regarding the below mwntioned so pls experts answer witht the examples because after reading many time i couldn't understand the below mentioned so please answer with the example(S).
1)What do u mean by chartered high court.
What are the uses of it ? when do the word chartrered is used ? what are the advantages & disadvantages ?
2)What do u mean by counter claim & set off ?

Disciplinary proceedings against me , lower court has stayed the disciplinary proceedings against me , department hold DPC meeting and my name was considered for promotion but sealed cover method has been adopted , i need a Supreme court , High Court law that would support my case , kindly help me in this matter , thanks ,

It is ver urgent,
1)My account got NPA in 2003.
2)To safe my property i filled a case in DRT for settlement with bank
3)Mar-09 Bank accepted to settle the account on said amt the payment duration was 1yr. i.e MAr-10.I was not able to pay
4)Now i want to approach the bank to extent the dates by few months so that I can sell of my free property and clear my dues.
4) Bank has already given ads in paper for auction and the tendor date is after 1 month
5) I am trying to get stay from the court
So plz suggest what can be the best way to sort this out

If a landlord has not collected and not paid any service tax on rent in light delhi HC judgement and filed return as nil with foot note that service tax not applicable in light delhi HC judgement.Now in light of finance act 2010 what is the liability of land lord in following conditions.
1.Service tax not collected
2.tenant has already left.
Plese through the light on this

Dear Experts
I have got bill of Accounting Software for Rs 60000-00 support for a year. As per my knowledge & belief this is the service in capacity of professional & technical service and tds must be 194 J. But the vendor is resisting it to be contract for the maint. I may also claim with my client that I have contract for books writing for the year similarly a C.A., Lawyer and Technical Engineer may go same way ? Please guide how to differentiate between professional & technical apart from contract (means how to argue to differntiate that certain contracts may be under 194 J, as professional & Technical services are also contract to pay for the services received)
