our Company is planning to extend its services to GCC Countries. Among our services we provide, accepting investments from clients are also considered.
We need clarification as to what are the options under which a Pvt Ltd co can accept investments as mentioned. (Is investments acceptance possible --- if not can that be phrased as borrowings --- at any case change of ownership in company is not entertained)
Most of the services we offer are online.Finally we would also wish to draft a master client agreement form which can be the base of our services --- to be used when a client is registered.

hindu,wife deserted after two months of cohabition with pregnency(male child).she wants me to get to her home and need salary and leave my old father.after one year i gone for rcr.she filed 498a case on my father and brother.in case she stated that
"my father & brother demanded dowry and she given some times and harassed with unto words after failure of giving dowry she necked out from our house"
this is all false.
1)what are the "facts in issue" inthis case?
2)if i prove this is a false case is there any ground for divorce?
3)what is the difference between "not proved" and "dis proved"?

My client had issued a letter of offer of appointment from Mumbai addressed to a Tuticorin Address. The Tuticorin party in turn has received the letter, accepted the same at Tuticorin and has posted the letter from Tuticorin. In case of breach of contract suit filed by the Tuticorin party will Tuticorin have jurisdiction under Sec 20 CPC.

What is the current Floor Area Ratio allowed for Local Shoping Centres/commercial properties in Delhi as per the MPD-2021.
Is basement in Local Shoping Centres allowed as per the MPD-2021 or as per MCD bye laws.
If yes, any cercular in this regard, pls.

Sanction of Map from MCD to re-construct the old residential
Dear Experts
I am having an old built up residential cum commercial singal storyed house in delhi with 5 old tenanted shop on ground floor and since at present it is not in good condition as buitup before 1955, what step i have to take to get it re-constructed as required to be built up multi storyed atleast 3 floors as per the family requirement/growing members.
Sirs,I want to ask, formalities to get the sentioned map and permission/consent from MCD and current ruling to construct the house.
Please give the best advise, i will be greateful to you for the same.
