Sir,
My unmarried brother working in central govt. aged 56 years recently passed away had given nomination to three members 1.mother 50% and other two 25 % each in his PF Gratuity and other benefits.As my mother has passed away long back can I as a elder brother along with my other sisters put a claim for the afore said amounts.

Myself Jayant , i m civil engg and a lecturer in engg college , PLEASE solve my problem , as i told i m in teaching field in engg college , earlier i was only B.E in civil engg when i joined the engg college after that i have joined to do Masters in Engg for that my employer have asked me to sign an aggremet that i will be provided permission to do ME while doing work and also i will be given leave duirng my ME examinations but in place of that i have to provide 2 years service to the college after completion of my masters degree or if i leave the college i have to refund my 3 months salary , and during all these duration i will be given increments when ever there is change in the salary structure .
Also there is rule in the college that the provident fund will be duducted after confirmation of the employee that is after 2 years of joining . Now my date of joining is 11-11-2005 so my date of confirmation will be 11-11-2007 , and so my provident fund ( Rs780) would have started from the month of Dec 2007 or Jan 2008 , but my employer have started deducting the PF from the month of March 08 that means 3 months after completion of my confirmation period , but i have been told that my PF had sterted dudecting from my salary from the month of Nov 07 . Now please suggest whether the aggremet that has been signed is valid in this case . Earlier also i have been given an performance increment of Rs550/- ( 8000+550 ) in my basic , but when another increment has been given DA is revised then my basic has been reduced to Rs 8000/- my Rs550/- performance increment has been deducted . Please tell if in this condition whether there is validity of earlier signed aggrement .
While signing the aggrement it is written that the management has agreed to give permission to do M.E but i had taken admission before joining the college , that means i joined college on 11-11-2005 and admission date is 1 month earlier than joining date . pl tell whether this agreement is valid in all these conditions .

Married way back 13 years ago
1) 498a in 2005 , but not tried in court
2) 498a attempted again 2006 ,pending in ps
3) DV in 2008
4) DV Compromised based on HC stay for above 1,2,3
5) 498a again in different PS on third week May this year.
Current Status Under Investigation
Charge Sheet Date NIL
Reason For Clues
What does it mean
a) Are they goin to try in court
b) Is FIR submitted in court
c) No Arrest so far, are they goin to do?
d) Is this crime booked if no, can it be withdrawn in PS itself?
e) Or lastly do we need to go for AB

I'm living in a mid-size apartment whose maintenance cost is going up consistantly upwards..The common amenities are:
1)Power back up-Generator
2)Lift
3)A small Gymn-which is rarely used.
4)Security serices
The top-5 Contributors to the total maintenace cost are as follows:
1)Security service : 58%
2)Diesel for generator: 14.12%
3)common area electicity: 8.5%
4)common area house-keeping: 7%
5)Water charges & sewerage charges: 5.7%
(Includes supply to all individual flats)
6)Lift Maintenance & electrical inspection/maintenance:4.4%
My question is :How can we 'structure the maintenace cost' and apportion to individual 'flat owners'My fundamnetal question is:Fixing maintenance on the basis of 'Square feet' owned by 'individual owners' is incorrect way,as > 91% of the cost is incurred on common services? So,in my opinion:only the 'Water cahrges,directly used by individual flat owners should be based on 'Sqaure foot' basis?Can the experst share there opinion on this?

Dear Experts ,Here my friend ,& along with his brothers & mother was executed individual notarised plots agreements on 5/- rupees five rupees stamp papers in 1984-1986 in favour of co-oprative society the society has been terminated in 1979.Due to missappropriation illegal things stood by society and the same was counducted an enquary byDeputy co-op registrar and terminated the society in 1979, the secretary fruadly missguided the land owners keeping in dark & fruaduantly done the notary of said plots acoording to 1974 society agreement .in 1984 to 1986 .
Here my friend along with his family members executed An Conditional G.P.A. in favour of society in 1984 in favour of said self styled secretary. and it was Revocked in 1988 .& same was given in paper publication .in these mean time the said terminated society secretary was fruadly entered into registrations on conditional G.P.A .To the individual members beyond the scope of conditional G.P.A. of fake society terminated society , WITH OUT OBTANING MCH.TOWN PLANNING ETCS PERMISSIONS , & the government was regularised the plots on fake house tax receipts, & on un-valid notarised plots & un-valid section 5/A REGISTRATIONS ,the house tax receipts all are fruadly obtained from mch .CAN My friend have any chance in courts to QUASH The G.O.s which was given by fruadly by authority from 2002 to still date by taking Huze bribes from un-valid notaries members & un-valid registrations members. as above mentioned plots matter kindly give such suzesstion on said my friends problem were to approach ,hence request thanking you sirs.

I had appeared in person in an original petition ,an EP petition on it and later on an appeal against EP order in a consumer forum. The respondents had taken counseling with three different advocates in these cases. On their advice the opponents had filed affidavits contradicting one another. The forums’ order in original petition went in my favor but subsequent petitions the forums felt relief to me can not be given as my prayer were beyond the verdict given in OP. This was mainly due to conflicting statements made. My question is how far the councilors are responsible for making different statements
