Maintenance and child custody

Few days before getting the final verdict paper in hand, wife filed a petition in court stating that she want 10k as maintenance and she cannot keep her child custody.

Earlier it was decided that husband will pay 10k for child and 5k to wife for rent. Wife is a govt employee.

How many petitions can be filed by either party at this stage of case?
Being the child is of 7-8 years, who will take the custody of the child? The father is out of the country due to work for about 300 days in an year.

Real estate

Greetings to Experts !!!

We live in CGHS Society flat , owned by us. The Cement of the outer side ( the face ) of the Parapet ( Banna ) of our Balcony has started falling down in the form of small concrete bars of about 12 inches . Ours is a multi-storeyed RCC building built in around 1980s. Just wanted to know since its the outer side of the balcony would it be covered under Society Maintenance which we give or we personally has to bear the Expenses for it.

Few days back ,same way the concrete bars of the PERGOLA of another multi-storeyed building in our society fallen down which was repaired by the Society as a part of maintenance.

Thanking you all in Anticipation.

Address proof as accepted in state rto offices

This question was refused by some Experts as this was put in ANONYMOUS Category. There is no hide and seek .This is the actual case faced in RTO Offices. All on a sudden on reaching a new state how can a person IMMEDIATELY update his address in all these Aadhaar Card /Voter Card/Passport/Driving Licence.Experts may please advise

1) I am a Retired Chief Engineer of Government .One of my relative working in a Multi National Organisation has been transferred from one city in India to another city.
2)He has a Private Personal Car duly registered in one .RTO. Office in the present state where he lives.
3)He has his Aadhaar Card /Voter Card/Passport/Driving Licence but the address in all these are as per the address in the present state of living.
4)As he wants to take the vehicle to his new state of posting he has to complete all formalities like getting Form 28(NOC from the present
State RTO), and fill up Form 20.(Application for Registration in new address in new state) along with Form 27.In all these forms he has to
mention his address in the new state where he he will rent a flat.
5)In this case he can only produce RENTAL AGREEMENT PLUS HR CERTIFICATE (MENTIONING ADDRESS) FROM HIS EMPLOYER/HEAD OF OFFICE IN THE NEW CITY
6)But Rent Agreement is STILL NOT ACCEPTED IN MANY RTO OFFICES.The State RTO where he will go does not accept it.

My question and humble request to you is how to solve this problem of Address Proof in case of Transferred Candidates
AS per Circular No VI/401/1/2/2015 dated 20th September 2015 Rental Agreement is accepted as Valid Address Proof for Passport PURPOSE .The said Circular Copy OF MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS says the Unregistered Rent Agreement SHALL ALSO BE ACCEPTED AS VALID ADDRESS PROOF BY THE PASSPORT ISSUING AUTHORITY FOR GRANT OF PASSPORT FACILITIES

Please help.With thanks and regards

Love relationship

I am currently 25. I am having a long relationship with a boy since 3years.

My question is the boy with whom Im in relationship since such a long time has promised me to marry. He established s*xual relationship with me and got intimated as we were planning to marry each other. I really love this boy and completely involved in his emotionally. He is refusing for marriage as I am of different cast and her family is not allowing us for intercast marriage. But he is Muslim in open category and I'm also Muslim but in NTVJ category. He tried to convince them. But they are not ready too accept us. and he also for marrying me. But his family memebers refused and he also refused for marriage. Just because his family refused me the boy is also not contact me. I know he has family pressure that's why he did this to me. I think this is only false issue of intercast marriage that he is creating with me. The thing is he does not wanted to marry with me as he knows he will get much good groom by he family. But he is living with his uncle (mother's bother) and they uncle created issue about cast. Just help me out in this situation. My family is supporting me. But a boy is now not contact me.

Cancellation of registered sale deed

Hi

Can anyone advise me on my below mentioned issues:

a) "A" was the absolute owner of some residential plots. A has given GPA to "B" and accordingly "B" sold few plots to individuals. One of indivual named "G". In 1999 G has become one of the plot owner through registered sale deed by GPA "B".
b) In 2000, "A" filed a civil suit against his GPA "B" and in 2001 settled their disputes and "A" has ratified few registrations done by GPA in the settlement which was apporved by local civil court. In this settlement, "A" though ratified few registrations, the doc. no. registered for "G" not factored.
c) In 2001 "A" sold the plot already in the name of "G" to "R". "R" again sold this plot to "L" in 2004. In 2014 I bought this plot from "L". Now when I tried to sell, I have noticed 1999 transaction in the EC. I approached "L" and "R". "R" said sale of "G" got some settlement, hence "R" bought the same from "A". But documents towards that settlement or cancellation of sale by "G" tthrough GPA is unable to trace.

My concern is :
a) in the absence of such settlement copies between "G" and "A", how "R" bought the same plot. Here twist is that "R" was one of the witness for "G" in 1999.
b) If "R" or "L" is able to get some documentary evidence, how can this be reflected in EC
c) If I want to cancel my sale deed with "L" what is the procedure I should follow to get my money back from "L"
d) I could notice this 1999 transaction only when I tried to sell now.. Hence can I file a suit now as it is more than 3 years since I bought the land from "L". If not what alternative I have ?

No payment of rent is gound for eviction

On expire of of contract.Landlord ask to vacate premise and refuse to take rent.
Tenant send money order by post (once) , landlord refuse.
Tenant file title suit.Get injection from court.6 Years have passed.
case is still pending in court.
Tenant neither file any petting for depositing rent to court and not depositing rent
in the court.
Tenant is not paying the rent to the Landlord also.

He just taking advantage of large number of case and dragging the case long and long.

My question is that , as he is not depositing rent so long neither court or landlord.
Can we claim him "willfull defaulter"Will it be a strong ground for eviction ?
