hello all,
one of my relative married her age is 19 at the time marriage and boy age is 20 years 9 months and 17 days in may 2006 and they are stayed together 2 years
now they are not staying together and she is continiung her stuidies again, now the boy is giving threats to her family and scolding on roads abusively
is this marriage is valid as per the boy age is not more than 21 years at the time of marraige

Sir,
my tenant is not giving rents since 2 years.
he has filed IA seeking permission of court to deposit rents but has not done till date.
In the absence of written agreement he has falsely stated lesser rents, even that he is not paying.
I am surviving on rents only for my livelihood.
It has become difficult to sustain my family.
My counsel is not guiding me properly.
Respected Sir, What should I do?

super stucture is in the name of one x and y, "A" had purchased the super structure from y and purchased the land from z(who is the real owner of the land)and the entire super structure was demolished and "A" had put up a puckka construction in that propert.
now one "Mr.B" is claiming "y" is the concubine of his father "X" and he is entitiled for the share in the super structure.
now A is in posession and enjoyment of the scheduled property and he is enjoying the benifit of injunction. whether B is entitiled any right after removing the superstucture.
what is the remedy available to "A"

Respected all expert,
I deposited as a bond RS. 45000/- in co- op -credit society it is registered under Gujarat co-operative society act. I deposited money on double scheme, five years condition on 1/1/2005.
Now my money is double RS. 90000/- but my co-op society is going down and his financial position became weak, society director and manager did not do well manage and all has done misuse of public money and now society has no money to paid his depositor and district registar also invole in this conspiracy.
At this stage society is not redy to pay my money.
So my question is that.
1. How can i get my money?
2. How can i do criminal complain on all director and manager and on which section of ipc.
3. Which crpc provision can applied on him?
4. Any other way to get my money?
Please guide me.

sir, I have taken pmry loan from SBI. Now, I am not enable to repay the Loan amount. In the long duration I have paid some interest to the bank. Now, It is not possible for me to pay the interest and also the principal amount.
What i can do ? please help any body who knows the banking rules and practice.

about my father land sold and not recived the amount
hello all,
My father had 3 acres and he sold that in the year of 1992 for 5000 rupees and the person paid 25000 in 3 installmets remaning amount is still pending and the property value now become 1.5 crores
at the time sales they are written papers and the paid amounts also on the stamp papers
now he wants us to register that land on his name(Till now registartion is not done in the registarer office)
and he is saying that he will pay 25000 now
i asked him to sale the land and share the amount equally as he paid half amount but he is threating my father
what to do on this situation please guide me
