Mr. A and Mrs. A purchased a residential house in joint names. Bank loan was also taken in joint names. They are also repaying the principal and interest amount jointly in equal ratio from their incomes. Now my query is whether both mr. A and Mrs. A shall be entitled for benefit u/s 80-C separately Rs. 1.00 lacs each for principal payment and also benefit for interest payment u/s 24(b) separately Rs. 1.50 lacs each in their individual return of income

An educational trust running educational activities, constructing buildings for educational purpose. The contract of construction is given to labour contractor whose payment is more than 15 lacs for the year. is any sales tax deduction required? At what rate? what will be organisation's liability for sales tax?

Dear Sir,
My father was driving the car, while avoidind a cattle on the road , he hit a big stone in the left side of the road. Car's leftside fender, bumper and bonnet got damaged. The surveyor refused to give insurance to the bonnett which requires tinkering.He says it is not possible to include bonnet as it is in the centre of the car, not in the left side. Please advice me the ffurther steps.
total Claim is Rs. 26,000. Bonnet tinkering and painting cost Rs. 4,500.

Will you please supply me specific format of affidavit given by presedent/Secretary at the time of registeration of society in Punjab.Also intimate me what is the provision of society act if out of seven memebers three members belongs to same family or related with each other(Blood relative)

thankyou devojyoti ji raj ji and ajitabh ji for rendering help.we are preparing for anticipatory bail in response to 498 a case being filed by my wife.as far as i remember the filthy words that i uttered was to get out of my house to her parents as they launched attack on character of my mother.and on few ocassions while quarreling with my wife said that her father is a ass and it was she who has bad character, not my mother.they have recorded it and it was all preplanned as after provoking me they were recording it.i have in my support all relatives who had heard their provoking words against my mother and sister.they may try to show that i have mentally tortured her.how can i counter it.she has sent a derogatory sms to me regarding my sister.i have given her 1.5 lakh by account transfer.they started recording after i filed divorce suit on 16/3/2010.and filed 498a on 30/5/2010.she is a psychiatric patient and i have prescription of that.i had sent sms to her in which ihad written that since i want divorce she may take her almirah and dressing table from my house.only negetive point is that out of anger iabused her and her parents and said that she had bad character.sir,what counter steps should i take regarding recording.shal i straightforward deny that its not my voice or say that it has been tampered.or say that ihave said out of provocation..please suggest me.

Provident fund office is reluctant to give back the provident fund amount.There is no liability or any other liability pending.Can I file case before High Court or I want to send a legal notice to the Provident Office?Thank you.

I Have heard that as per the Negotiable instrument act crossed cheque is not a Negotiable instrument WHY SO ? ANd pls tell me that which are the cheque & documents are not Negotiable instrument .
meaning of Fiduciary relation as per the hindu succession act & contract act, 1872.

AS per the OXFORD Dictionary meaning of all the below mentioned are same so pls correct me if i am wrong & answer the right one.
1)Covenant.
2)Agreement.
3)Indenture.
1,2,3, means agreement as per the oxford dict so pls clarify & tell me that why drafting any kind of agreement which words should be used & how it is benefited to the party.

Query regarding Birth Certificate for My Baby
Hello Experts,
I have a Query with respect to birth certificate.
I have kept name NM Aniruddh for my newly born son. In Birth Certificate, can i just give as it is or should i also give the expansion of initials and name. Because in Passport i hope full name is needed. So Can name with initial in birth certificate and full name with initial expansion in passport can be given? or for both birth certificate and passport expansion of name with initials needed? pls advice me
