VALIDATIN OF WILL OF ANCENTRAL PROPERTY

Our father prepared a " Will" ( Feb'10) in favour of our only unmarried brother (age 52years)
and died on 10.05.2010 at the age of 90years.

95% property of the Testament is Ancestral Property. Only 5% property is our fathers own earned property. Total valuation of the property will be more than 5 crores (approx.)

Under the above circumstances can we (five married daughter of the Testator) claim for our share in the above Ancestral property?

Two of us have already lost our husbands and financial condition is very poor.

Can the "Hindu Succcession Amendment Act of 2005" help us in this regard?

What will be our course of action?

Delhi Judicial Services Examination after MBBS

I have passed MBBS final exam and doing internship (will be completed in March 2011).My year of birth is 1987.

Please tell me what I need to do to become eligible for Delhi Judicial Services Examination. I searched for it on net and it required age<30, law graduate ,and eligibility to practice as an advocate.

Kindly tell me what courses I should join and I would prefer any distance learning or correspondence course. I reside in Delhi.
Does IGNOU offer any course to make me eligible.
Are there any coaching in Delhi which can help in prepration of this exam.

What would be the minimum duration of the course that would make me eligible. (any 2yr course?)

How should I start preparing now, I have atleast 10 months before I can join and graduate law course.

Any other suggestions or guidance would be extremely helpfull.

Thanks.

Effect of remarriage on Government service- regarding

Sir,

One of my friends has got married two times first on 1st December 2002 and 19th January 2008. He is a Central Government Servant.

The Exception to Section 494 of Indian Penal Code is that "This Section does not extend to any person if such husband or wife, at the time of the subsequet marriage, shall have been continually absent from such person for the space of seven years.

Please advise me the following at your earliest convenience:

(i) Whether his first wife can file an appeal against his second marriage in spite of the fact that a period of eight years have passed since his first marriage and they were not on living terms since 31st December 2002?

(ii) Whether my friend is safe as per the exception to this section or he has to go to jail or terminated from the Government Service for his second marriage?

(iii) There is no other document to exist, except the entry of details of his second wife as family member in his Service Book Records maintained in office. Whether entry in a Service Book or holding of CGHS Medical Card by his second wife is a valid document to prove his second marriage?
