rightly said by Mr.Daksh & Mr.Jain, major factor for determination of fees is Cheque amount & reputation/standing of lawyer

I do agree with experts.....The advocates Fee Rules to be revised . After a long gap from 1968 the same are revised in 1990.... but now 20 years lapsed.....
